Wonderful newborn bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved using this new bottle for my newborn baby as I feel this does not let too much of air flow into the milk and reduces colic. I wonder if I can continue to use this bottle for coming months without wearing it out. My baby shifted to this nipple easily and has adapted well to the natural flow. Good product.

The No Fail Bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an exclusively breast fed baby, my baby didn’t have any experience with bottles. A couple times drinking from the bottle that came with my breast pump, but that’s it. By 8 months, I started loosing my milk supply, I was ready to wean anyway so I was looking for a bottle for him. I tried a few different brands but he wasn’t drinking and it was driving me crazy! When we got the Phillips Avent bottle to try he IMMEDIATELY started drinking and downed the whole thing! It is amazing and the nipple is as close to breastfeeding as a possible. It was a seamless transition to bottles for my EBF baby! We are so happy to have found these. Regarding the bottle itself, the shape of perfect for an adults hand to feed their baby, as well as comfortable for older babies to hold on their own. The numbering on the sides haven’t faded one bit, and we alternate between hand wash and dishwasher. There is only 3 pieces to wash, the bottle, the nipple and the white ring. And the wide opening is great so you can pour formula easily without spilling. Each one comes with a bottle cover to protect the nipple if you’re going out and want to keep germs off, but I never use them as were always home. The pack comes with size 3 nipples. You can look at their nipple size chart for what ages to use it. For reference at 8 months old when I started bottles, he was taking the 3 fine, then by 9 months old I noticed he wasn’t finishing the bottles, I got size 4 nipples and haven’t looked back. He likes those now and at 12 months he doesn’t seem to want to go bigger. I even told my friend about these bottles and she’s like duh don’t you know the Phillips avent bottle is the “no fail bottle” every baby likes these…. So there you have it, a no fail option! My suggestion if you’re looking to transition to bottles from breastfeeding, START with these and don’t bother buying 5 different brands like I did.

Great easy to use bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying the Philips Avent Natural Baby Bottle Set with Natural Response Nipple (9 oz) that I received from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My 5 month old is mostly breastfed but has a bottle periodically, and the shape and responsive tip help him switch seamlessly between nursing and bottles with no problems. The bottle is easy to assemble and easy to clean which is super important to me. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

Great bottle for breastfed babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is a solid bottle option for those who don’t want “all the bells and whistles” but want something that has a research supported design.
I really like the wide nipple and the way it doesn’t just drip every time you take it out of the baby’s mouth.
My daughter struggles to take bottles (she is almost exclusively breastfed) and this bottle made it a lot easier to work with her on since it doesn’t continue dripping every time she spits it out of her mouth.
It’s very easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean, especially with the wide mouth at the top.
I really like the wide nipple and the way it doesn’t just drip every time you take it out of the baby’s mouth.

Perfect bottle for busy moms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try these bottles for my 10 month old as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I am a full-time working mom who breastfeeds and for months my son would refuse a bottle at daycare. I’ve probably tried 10 other bottles with different features. This momma was tired from always washing bottles with intricate parts and breastfeeding all night.
The bottle itself is a simple design with minimal parts to clean. I loved that a bottle, nipple and lid was all you needed to travel and be on the go. I was weary at first it would leak shuffling around in the diaper bag but didn’t! The nipple also doesn’t leak during feedings. I used a size 4 nipple and my son had to actively latch to get milk to flow. I have a fast let down and going to try a size 5 nipple as I feel the 4 was a little slow for my guy.
My son did end up taking this bottle quite well but still prefers breastfeeding. I wish I would have found this bottle sooner, as it has become my favorite and without a doubt use for second baby due to the simplicity.

Great bottle for a nursed baby

I nurse and bottle feed my baby, and the Philips Avent Natural is our go-to bottle. My favorite features are the wide design, the responsive nipple, and the few parts for easy assembly and cleaning.
The wide design of the bottle makes it easy to fill the bottle from milk storage pouches without spills. It is comfortable to hold while feeding, and I noticed my baby likes to hold onto it too! The wide design of the nipple also helps my baby comfortably latch, in a similar way to how he nurses. While the wide bottle takes up a little more space in storage, it still fits easily in my diaper bag.
The responsive nipple helps my baby control the flow, so I notice less gas and spit up, compared to other bottles we’ve tried. It can take a little longer to finish the bottle, but ultimately it’s worth it. We use a stage 4 flow, and it suits him well at 6 months.
This is an easy bottle to assemble and clean. It has few pieces, and the assembly is pretty foolproof. The wide shape makes it easy to access all parts of the bottle and nipple for cleaning. We hand wash, and a standard bottle brush works well. My only complaint is that it can be hard to remove the cap because it snaps on very securely.

Such a great bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Avent bottles always amaze me. Their parts are so easy to wash and put together. This bottle gave me no issues with leaks. My baby enjoys Avent bottles so he loved this one as well. The lids are important for us so the niiple stays clean in the diaper bag. This bottle seems very online with the rest of Avent products. Philips Bottle Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Philips Avent bottles are the only bottles that I have used throughout my sons first year. Before he was born I did research on all brands and decided I liked the Philips brand and thought that their nipple sizes and flows seemed like a great choice as he aged. I have breastfed him from the beginning and would pump to have some back up milk, and milk to take when he was staying with a sitter. Myself, my husband, and all who have watched my son, have had no issues with this bottle or nipple. He has switched perfectly from my breast to the bottle nipple and back. The flow sizes have seemed to work well based off the age recommendations that were given by the company. When done using, the bottles are very easy to clean and very easy to take apart and put back together. The design of the bottle fit nicely in our cabinets and diaper bag and did not take up a ridiculous amount of space as other brands can. The amount of ounces (8-9) that each bottle holds is great as I didn’t need to upgrade to a different size later. My son is capable of hold it on his own and I don’t have to worry about leaking or making a mess. I am thankful that the Stellar Product Testing Panel sent us this brand as it is our favorite. I had purchased the glass bottles myself and the Stellar Panel sent the plastic version. Both are able to be used interchangeably and have the same nipple tops so it saves on storage space. The plastic bottles have been hand washed with a bottle brush and air dried. I have no complaints!
