Paced feeding compatible bottle nipple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to Stellar Panel for sending us these Philips Avent Natural Response Baby Bottle Nipple Set, Flow 2 to test. This slow flow nipple fit right into the Phillips Avent bottles we already have and worked perfectly for our daughter. She recently has ben using flow 3 nipples, but on the advice of a feeding consultant she was recommended to use slower bottle nipples to help her pace feeding better and to make her work slightly harder to strengthen her the muscles utilized in her sucking motion. The no drip tip worked to perfection. I was already a fan of the Phillips Avent bottles as they are easily cleaned and this bottle nipple was no different. Five Stars and would recommend if you already use Phillips bottles or want to try them as our daughter has been picky with which bottle she uses, but these she took to almost immediately.

Love these bottles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get these bottles from the Stellar Product Testing Panel for review since I hadn’t tried them yet. My 11 month old had been using a brand with a straighter bottle and it was hard for her to hold. The shape of these bottles are way easier for her to hold which makes my life much easier. She took to the nipple easily with no fuss and the flow rate worked well for her. She still drinks several bottles a day so it’s nice to have a few so I’m not constantly having to wash them. I throw these bottles and nipples in the dishwasher and they come out great. I’ve put them in my diaper bag with milk in them and haven’t had any leaking issues (granted I always make sure they’re upright in the pocket and secure). They’re a little wider than our old ones and the shape makes it slightly harder to slide into our bag but once in it’s nice and secure. I’ll definitely be using these bottles a ton!

Favorite bottle design least favorite nipple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this bottle through stellar product testing panel. I've tried many bottles in my time as a parent and so far this bottle design takes the cake!
The shape of the bottle, the style, and the fluid measurement markings are all super appealing. I loved how easily the nipple and nipple ring screwed onto the bottle (amazing for those one hand bottle preps with baby in the other hand). Even the bottle cap was super easy to handle and kept the nipple from leaking making this bottle my favorite one to travel with so far!
My one and only complaint is that the nipple isn't my 6mo Olds favorite bottle nipple. BUT!! He really has an easy time drinking from it, he just didn't like the way he had to latch on because he's used to more narrow neck bottles. I've mostly been using the bottle to pump breadt milk into as it fits perfectly onto my pump parts and then just pop the top on and it's ready to go!
Another amazing thing about the bottle is the fact it's wide neck. It's really easy to clean (like 3 seconds top to scrub everything down) and so is the nipple.
Overall I would absolutely buy this bottle again and will absolutely suggest it to other bottle feeding families.

LOVE this bottle

He’s currently 8mo and just started trying to hold the bottle on his own, and having a plastic bottle means it’s light weight enough for him to hold, which is great! We were using the glass version of this bottle previously, and really Iiked it - except for the weight of the bottles. I actually like the plastic one better. I also found the nipple/ring seals better on the plastic than on the glass - less leaks! Woo hoo! My boy really prefers the wide nipples over narrow nipples, maybe because he’s also a breastfed baby - my older kid hated wide nipples but wasn’t breastfed at all, so who knows, each kid is different but that might have something to do with it. I love that it’s a no-drip tip, especially since he’s trying to hold it himself and often turns it upside down looking at or playing with the bottle. My other bottles that I used with my older son would’ve leaked all over - I used to tip the other bottles to check the temp of the milk on my wrist because they leaked out of the tip, but I have to stick my finger in the bottle to check the temp before putting in the nipple with this bottle because it won’t leaks out of the top at all. I like that it’s more of a paced feeding style nipple, which seems to have helped with spit up. As for ease of cleaning, this bottle is super eaay, only three pieces, no extra vents or other internal parts to clean. Not totally sure how they did it - and every once in a while I find there’s an air build up in the bottle that loosens the cap and can cause spills. That’s one negative for me and lost this bottle a star. I do find that if, when I’m putting the cap on, I turn the cap the wrong way first until it clicks down into the groove, and then turn it the right way, it seems to attach better. I also will open and re-close it if I hear a whining or bubbling sound coming from the bottle, which happens if the trapped air issue occurs.
Overall, I really like this bottle. And so does my baby - enough that, after getting one bottle to review, I just bought a full set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After exclusively breastfeeding my baby we transition to breast and bottle feeding. She would not take a bottle and we tried several different brands. Philips Avent bottle and nipple set has a great design that allows for pages during sucking and feeding. The nipple provides a surface area that mimics what she was used to during breastfeeding. The no drip tip is great to manage spills when the bottle is still inverted while baby takes a break. The bottle and nipple are easy to clean and made of quality materials. The different flow rates provide the opportunity to manage drinking speed to decrease the amount of amount of air that can be sucked in if the flow is not manageable for baby. Thank you Stellar product testing for providing this bottle and nipple set.

A bigger bottle that fits in the diaper bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall design of the bottle. It is easy and comfortable to hold. It is skinnier in the middle which gives me a better grip, and the wide nipple shape helps mimic the breast. My daughter is no longer nursing, but she prefers wide neck bottles. Because she's no longer nursing, this nipple flow level wasn't right for her. She needed a higher flow for sure. I can tell that she just didn't want to work as much for milk, and she wanted it faster. I wish we started with this bottle set and the natural response nipple (but a higher flow) when my daughter was born because I think it would have helped her naturally pace feed, which I personally found harder to do manually.
I love that this bottle has fewer pieces to clean. The wide neck also makes it easier to clean. I run a sanitizer load on my dishwasher every night, and the wide neck gives me peace of mind that the dishwasher is getting all the crevices clean. Another benefit to the wide neck is that even though this is a 9oz bottle, it's shorter than other 9oz bottles we've tried. Others are too tall and can't fit in the bottle compartment of our diaper bag. This one easily fits in the bag, and we have no trouble zipping it up.
I'm not sure if it works with all breast pumps, but I was also able to hook the bottle directly to my pump flange and pump right into it. Great for on the go feedings when baby won't nurse!

Easy to use and easy to wash

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this baby bottle set from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My initial thought when I removed when I removed the bottle from the package was is it was really easy to hold with one hand. Which as a parent is really important because there are several times we have a baby moving around while trying to feed. As a busy parent I loved and appreciated that the bottle was very easy to disassemble and wash with very minimal parts to clean. I loved that the numbers on the side were large enough to read during night time feeding. This bottle fit perfect in the side pocket of the diaper bag, making it easy to pack on the go and not once did it leak. My daughter has always used the same bottles from day 1 so I was nervous switching things up on her at 7 months, but she did great with these bottles. She was able to control the flow of her milk and the ergonomic shape made it easy for her to hold it on her own from the start.
