Perfect for breastfeeding babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is exclusively breastfed and has refused every bottle we’ve offered. We went through so many different bottles without any luck, which made it impossible for anyone to watch her. This bottle changed everything! She accepted it immediately and even held it to feed herself! The bottles are a great shape and size. The base of the nipple is wide and the responsive flow is great for a breastfed baby. Furthermore they are super easy to clean and to assemble. Thank you Stellar Product testing panel for letting us try these bottles and giving us back some freedom!

Great bottle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the opportunity to try this bottle out through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This bottle is very easy to read with the dark print. That is very important when in a hurry to feed your screaming babe. This bottle doesn’t have many parts, which makes it easy to take apart, clean, and put back together. My baby had no problem taking to this bottle. She is typically breastfeed, so having a wide nipple base is very important to us! She was able to hold it all by herself because of the ergonomic shape. We loved this bottle!

Impressive no leak bottle for breastfed babies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5 month old son is exclusively breastfed. I am also a stay-at-home, so bottles are not a regular part of our feeding routine. However there are definitely times where I have to leave my breastfeeding baby over a feeding time. I have tried six different kinds of bottles and nipples with my son, and he has rejected every single one. So it meant he would lick the bottle a little bit, but then he would get so hungry he would just cry until I got home to feed him.
**I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel**, and I wasn’t expecting much since our son hasn’t taken a bottle well, but we finally found a nipple he’ll take. He definitely still prefers breastfeeding, but he’ll casually drink out of this bottle. That’s a big win for us.
Pros:
- I love the easy hold on the bottle. The ergonomic design is super nice especially since the old square or round designs on bottles sometimes lead to hand cramps especially if you don’t do the bottle often. My husband loves it.
- The nipple is very close to a breast shape. I think that’s why my breastfeeding infant actually took it!
- Easy to take apart and clean! There aren’t a million pieces to the bottle. The nipple does most of the work for the bottle.
- The no leak design is a game changer. We really tested this out. We shook it vigorously upside down without the lid on, and absolutely nothing came out. My husband and I were really impressed with this. The leaky bottle is something we’ve always dealt with, so we were impressed.

- The bottle didn’t seem like it helped much with gas. We used other bottles for my oldest and really liked how they helped with gas, but we really like the simplicity of these bottles. The other bottle had a lot of pieces to clean and take apart. And the gas our son gets with these bottles is no worse than when he breastfeeds.

Easy to use and optimistic my baby will use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I will be clear that I received these bottles, complimentarily as part of a Stellar testing panel, to test and review. Next, in my review and estimation, they are attractive, easy to clean, and appealing. The design seems ideal for a baby who might have had challenges with a bottle ... which is exactly my baby! My baby has been exclusively breastfed and has had difficulty taking a bottle thus far. I was optimistic, given the design of these bottles and nipples, that she would take to these! Unfortunately, like all bottles, she did not take to these - although I hypothesize that it was because of the size of the nipple (1+) is too small for her presently at seven months. I have actually decided to order (at my expense) the larger nipple because I think the design could be just the ticket for getting her to take a bottle! So, although I cannot give a full throated recommendation, I think these are worth a try for other mums facing challenges with transitioning between breastfeeding and a bottle, these could be optimal.

These Bottles were a life saver

We have been through 4 different bottles and he would constantly spit them out, scream while taking them or just purse his lips and refuse to take the bottle. However since having the Phillips natural baby bottle. They were very easy to assemble and cleaning instructions were easy as well. Our baby is almost 5 months old and trying to hold the bottle this one he has been able to hold the longest. So not only is it the one bottle he takes it’s making him a little more independent!! Can’t recommend this bottle enough!

The bottles are easy to use and clean. My baby took the bottles without any issues and it was easy to flow with the nipples that I also received. The bottle set is great for anyone that chooses to bottle feed their baby. I truly recommend this set over the Comotomo Set that I typically use.

From the moment I pulled these out of the box, I was impressed.
I LOVE the smooth design of these bottles. They aren’t super bulky, so they can slide into almost any space to carry “on-the-go”. Perfect (and comfortable) indent on the side for mom or baby to grip and hold on to. The nipple is super easy to insert into the bottle ring and the ring screws into the bottle with extreme easy. (Unlike some other bottles we have tried where I am fighting to get the ring on straight )
The lid snaps on without a fight to get it lined up straight, too! One would think there wouldn’t be to much “fighting” with bottles but trust me, ….SO. MUCH. EASIER. than other brands we have tried. Haha.

As I wrote In my review for the Flow 2 nipple, these have been really great to have when trying to transition my daughter from being exclusively breastfed, to being able to take a bottle, if needed. When she first started, I was impressed “right off the bat” that she actually sucked on it within the first 10 seconds! Wow! (Since she hates paci ‘s, or anything that you try to give her to put in her mouth). I would suggest that if you are just starting to switch baby from breast to bottle, you might want to also purchase the Flow 2 nipple in case you need it, so that you can transition a bit easier before using the Flow 3 that the bottle set comes with. :)
These nipples are so great because the milk truly does not come out unless baby wants it too. We have tried several nipples that claim to be “just like being breastfeed” …. And these are by far the closest thing we have tried to being just that! :)
Plus, You can shake or drop the bottle and it still won’t leak out. (Who knew, there is really such a thing as having no leaks!? ;) how awesome! )
But in all seriousness, it’s never fun when your poor baby is getting milk so fast, starts to choke and then even more milk keeps coming out until you (or baby, if they are holding it) can flip the bottle back up.
So that’s part of what makes these Natural Response Bottles and Nipples so wonderful… you won’t have that. Your baby can pause to swallow, take a breath (which is especially helpful if they are congested at all) or maybe even give you a quick smile ;) and the milk will stop as instantly as they do. Definitely 5 stars in my book and I’ll be recommending them to all my mommy friends :)
