Too slippery

Case was very slippery feeling. Made me nervous about dropping the phone despite the grooves. Also very difficult to put on and take off the phone relative to other cases I've used.

Not Really Grippy

The name is deceiving, because the grips are not really grips. They are just indentations in the slippery plastic. I was looking for more of a silicone type grip.

New clear case design

Pros: The new clear case design reveals apple symbol & iPhone color. Cons: grip is not as secure & rubbery as older spec model & it does not account for camera lens protrusion on the back so the phone does not sit flat & is not as secure on slick surfaces when face up. However it is secure when face down similar to previous models & will not slide on slick surfaces.

I've been using Speck Grip cases for years. They're definitely my favorite and have saved me a bunch of money knowing I don't need to try a bunch of other types of cases to see what I like. I purchased the gray and clear cases for my iPhone 13 Pro and a clear one for my Mom. They are our favorites. They're well built, protective, easy to hold, look good and just work well. The colored ones have more grip traction than clear ones, but both have grip. We like the microban addition, as well. I recommend this case to everyone‚and a glass screen protector. It may need to be replaced, but will keep your screen protected from scratches, nicks and breaks.

This is a great iPhone 13 Pro case that has side grips so your phone doesn't slip out of your hands. A very sturdy case; highly recommended.

The case seems to have protection in all the necessary places while not being overly large. The texture on the case provides a very secure grip.
