Great tool to keep you motivated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is a great tool to keep you motivated for healthy living habits. I personally use mine to check my heart rate because heart disease runs in my family but it's also useful for tracking other things like how well you slept and the calories burned.

Lightweight and comfortable

This was my treat for myself for getting back on my diet.
It took me a few minutes to get set up and was easy to hook to my phone.
I love that I’m able to track my steps throughout the day and see how active I’ve been.
My wrist is kind of fat, but this fits well and was adjustable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the 3 Inspire!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the simple design of it and being able to use the app. It counts my steps, tells me when I've been too lazy and reminds me to get active and my sleep scores. I work from home and I am constantly sitting in front of a computer, so I use the fitbit to help me get my steps in and remind myself to get acrive during breaks. I also have trouble sleeping and many restless nights, I like that it tracks and keeps score of my sleep. I would definitely recommend the Fitbit 3 Inspire to everyone. I also plan on getting my kids and husband one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fitbit is super super easy to set up and sync. I love the fit and it is extremely comfortable. It doesnt rub the skin when sweating like other brands do. It is a good size as in, not too bulky. It's definitely got the athletic aesthetics to it so it doesnt look great with daily wear.

The battery does last a very long time. I wish the charging cable was longer than what it is. I love the slim design though.

Smartwatch for convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The silicone bands that are provided with Fitbit Inspire 3 fit well, but easily attract dirt and dust. I find the Sleep feature informative as it also breaks down time in REM, light and deep sleep. I also like the Alarm and Timer feature. I find the notifications for text convenient when I don't have my phone on me; however, as the Inspire 3 has a narrow screen, it is sometimes difficult to read my texts. I did find that the Inspire 3 confuses heart rate between stress and exercise as it notified me of completing 300 zone minutes during a particular stressful week that I did not exercise during. Nevertheless, great smartwatch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a chance to try the fitbit inspire 3 ...no assembly required at all ... this is a really cool fitbit inspire 3 watch it tracks your steps ,your heart beat when you sleep and exercise and it also lets you know how much sleep you get ...it also keeps time and your mestrual cycle !!!!
