In my simple setup, the Initial setup went well and things were easy to do. Found the router functions a bit lacking (why are all wired interfaces on the same network?!) but overall fast and easy to configure and the devices perform well.
Pretty straight forward to install. Asus should include simple instructions on how to reset the router if it loses the connection. I had to Google it when the power went out and knocked it offline.
It works very good, super fast connection and ao far reliable. What I am missing is the admin functionality, for example parental control is too rigid, other products allow timer for specific apps or url, this product has schedule but it is too rigid.
Like most of the features. Easy setup for basic functionality.
Processor is slow. A lag is evident when navigating through the setup menus to use more features. Also having trouble with stability on some advanced features. For example, adding mac addresses for explicit access.
Run features and performance measure fast so connectivity is improved along with having more security features. Security was the primary driver for me.
Switched over from a Google WiFi setup with 7 nodes to a BT10 setup with 4 points. Was nervous about switching over as I had read some reviews with others experiencing difficulty with smart devices connecting. The setup was easy. I kept my old network name for an IoT network and all my old devices connected with no issues. New network is blasting fast as I’m getting 700+ mbps wireless in the corners of my house where I was getting 30 or slower on my old system. Everything is set up wireless with the AiMesh, and has worked seamlessly. Very happy I pulled the trigger on my purchase.
The ASUS ZenWiFi BT10 fails to deliver stable Wi-Fi 6 GHz connectivity, lacks Smart Connect controls, defaults to unstable DFS channels, and does not support AiMesh node port bonding for my Synology NAS. Overall performance is far below expectations. I am requesting a return/refund as the product is not fit for purpose.”

Dear Antono,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing unstable connection. To resolve the weak signal, place the router in the center of the area you want to cover, avoid placing the router near metal objects, electronic devices or direct sunlight, position the router on a flat, hard surface and halfway between the floor and ceiling. Additionally, dense building materials, such as gypsum, concrete walls and planks can affect Wi-Fi signal penetration. Also, we recommend updating the Mesh router firmware if it is running with an older version. Firmware is available for download at: https://www.asus.com/networking-iot-servers/whole-home-mesh-wifi-system/zenwifi-wifi-systems/asus-zenwifi-bt10/helpdesk_bios?model2Name=ASUS-ZenWiFi-BT10. For helpful tips on how to setup Smart Connect, visit our Product Support page: https://www.asus.com/ch-en/support/faq/1012132/. To resolve the issue with your Synology NAS, try using wired AiMesh backhaul for best performance. For helpful tips, visit our Product Support page: https://www.asus.com/us/support/faq/1044151/ .

I have used ASUS network hardware for many years and find that every generation is a step up in performance and flexibility. The BT 10 fits this mold and expectation.
I bought this to replace another mesh system that was about the hardest thing ever to set up. Every time the power went out, I had to go through the process again, forgetting about half the things that worked last time. This ASUS unit is practically plug & play. Plug the units in, follow the instructions on the app, and you're up & running! Should take maybe 10 minutes, maybe a little longer depending. Besides that, my old system was Wifi 6, and with the BT10's Wifi 7 support, I'm getting about 30% faster throughput.
