I paid a premium for your "commercial" patio heater for my home. I have used it 3 times and it's already deteriorating. I'm sure I'll get to use your "lifetime" warranty soon. Assembly was fairly easy other than removing the white protective plastic on the propane bottle cover. It came off in 1" pieces and left glue residue all over the tank cover. It took me over 2 hours using a heat gun the get most of it off. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I received the heater I assembled without any issues but when I tried to light the was a problem with the top burner section and heater would not light. I called customer service and after discussing the issues with them the immediately sent me a complete new top burner section which resolved the issues. The heater now works great and looks great too.

Have had only about a month. Took about 1 hour to assemble, but not that hard if you read instructions. Started up right away. No problem.

I bought this to extend our ability to use our patio in the fall. It arrived promptly, with no additional shipping fee. I found it easy to assemble, with clear directions and parts that look and feel like high quality. I followed the instructions for first use, and it lit up right away, giving off a goo amount of heat. I am really pleased so far.
