Easy Smeasy

This was a gift and I haven't used it since the weather has been so warm. My husband said it was real easy to put together (and he is not mechanically inclined) and easy to start up. I can't wait to use it in the fall.

Good quality

Just received my #61436:Patio Heater. It went together easily. The only issue I had was when I tried to install the AAA battery. When I unscrewed the igniter button, the igniter assembly fell into the head assembly. I had to disassemble the the unit to get access to the igniter. I can see this being an issue when replacing the battery.

I purchased 2 of these heaters and overall are happy with the quality and materials they are made from. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the gas control knob stripped seems very easily after first getting the heater assembled. A little disappointing but this morning I made a call to customer service and they were very helpful. They will be sending another control knob. I think we will be enjoying these heaters.

Good Performance

This replaced an old, high-end patio heater that was at the end of its life. Performance is equal to or better than the old one at about 1/3 the price. Overall, very happy. Awarded 4 stars only because the bottle cover needs openings at the top to make it easy to lift to turn propane supply off an on easily.

Just finished assembling the unit. Good quality materials and it’s working as advertised. Only complaint is about assembly instructions. Highly suggest viewing online videos first, then diving in.
