Just purchased and it went together well. All parts were included. Fired up the first time and tons of heat coming out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well Built and Sturdy

We have had our Stainless Steel Pro Series Patio Heater for almost a year now and we would highly recommend it. We left the heater on our elevated open covered deck all winter and worked great from fall thru this spring. It has survived high blizzard winds off the lake with no issues. It is very sturdy and looks as great now as it did when we first opened the box. As far as I am concerned, It is the best built stainless steel heater on the market. We expect it to last for years.

Pumps out the heat!

A little difficult to assemble due to instructions/illustrations not being clear. Also, you can't adjust the heat. It's either full blast or nothing. Enjoying the heat.

We received this patio heater as a Christmas gift from our kids. We have been very happy with it so far! Looking forward to many more "warm" nights on our deck!

Beautiful and functional patio heater

We had a chilly winter in Houston, TX this year and this patio heater allowed us to spend evenings on the patio in comfort. There is ample heat radiated to keep you warm without having to dress like you are going skiing. The stainless finish is very elegant and fits nicely under our balcony which is a normally dry place. I would highly recommend this heater to anyone looking for a way to be outdoors during the winter in comfort.
We chose this heater for its great design.
