Attractive, Easy to Use & Assemble

We've been leery about these due to experiences with different brands but are extremely pleased with our purchase so far. It was easy to assemble, is easy to use, and is an attractive addition to our deck. Great quality!

Sturdy and throws out some heat!

I bought this off reviews having never seen one in person, which really gives me pause. There is a shortage of patio heaters due to the Covid moving every diner outside so I ordered this from an authorized retailer in CA and had it shipped to SC. The unit arrived with zero damage from being very well packaged in its original carton. Took about an hour to build. I am very pleased with my purchase. The heater is well built and sturdy. The wheels to move it around are very well engineered and the heater throws off a lot of heat. Perfect for extending our season outside!

Materials exceeded my expectations. The stainless metal is quality, and I expect it to withstand the salt air environment at my coastal home. Assembly was straight forward, and the instructions were a snap to follow. Less than 2 hours working a a leisurely pace. I would have no problem meeting the one-hour published forecast on the next unit.

First night using out new Pro Series Patio Heater and quite pleased with it. Seems well built and easy to assemble. Nice polished stainless steel (nothing painted) and it made our 20'x18' patio nice and comfortable on a 55 degree evening. Would prefer a one piece reflector over the 5 piece one the heater comes with but it seems sturdy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Assembly was not difficult, but took a couple of hours. It worked fine to start but then I had an ignition issue which was somehow related to the wiring and the shield cover. After email correspondence on the problem, I was sent a brand new head assembly. This is great customer service!
