We bought this to be able to enjoy our patio season a bit longer (and start it earlier as well ... we live in SE Michigan - gotta make every minute count!). It was very easy to assemble, rolling from the garage to the patio was smooth. It seems to be very well made and if it ever stops raining, we'll be able to enjoy as the evenings cool down.

Seems to be well built and robust

Bought this because several local restaurants use this model. Single piece post is much stronger than two pieces common in other heaters. Functions well. Haven't owned long enough to assess durability or reliability. Stainless steel looks good and hopefully it will weather well. Assembly was reasonably straightforward although some wingnuts were defective and required a trip to the hardware store.

Difficult to Assemble

The instructions and assembly of this patio heater were anything but great. Some of the steps should have been in a different order altogether. Also, the center pole was not straight at all once I installed it. I had to forcibly bend the brackets on the base to get the center pole to be truly vertical. Not a great product for the cost.

Nice Heater

I just finished the assembly of the heater, have fired it up and it works fine. The heater is a professional model and is very well built and solid. My only qualm is with the instructions in regard to the wheel assembly. I had to figure out the assembly on my own and luckily I have an engineering background. The gas regulator has a leak and I just emailed the company for a replacement.

Other than testing (successfully, with a nice amount of heat) I havent used it yet. It looks nice, and seems as advertised for the most part. I will say that the instructions leave a fair amount to be desired. I put it together with a friend who had already put a similar heater together, so figured we'd get through it relatively easily, but we both were annoyed at the lack of clarity in the instructions, and it took the two of us 2 hours start to finish. Thank goodness I had a ratchet set. Also arrived bent at the base, which isnt a biggie, but still, it's pretty pricey so you'd hope to get it in mint shape.
