One draw back only!

This is my 3rd Firesense patio heater purchase. Spent the extra money for the special series. Stainless is definitely worth it. Assembly instructions could be better (wheels take some common sense but are not spelled out correctly). Only complaint is that I don’t understand why the upgraded version doesn’t have handles to life the cover for gas refill! My older versions all have handle holes and jury is yet to be out on the battery start (which my older and less expensive versions do not have). Base and two of the 4 hood plates were bent but based on experience so minor that I know it will happen anyway so didn’t call customer service to replace. Hopefully this unit holds up like the others but worked like a dream as soon as it was together.

Easy to put together in 1 1/2 hours. Fires every time. Throws heat about 10 feet away. Perfect for taking the chill off in our barn.

Assembly went well. Unit fired up immediately. This unit is definitely upgraded from prior patio heaters we have owned....higher grade of overall hardware. Very important was the warranty. The lifetime parts replacement is a key seller for us.

Easy to assemble. Lit quickly and had no problems keeping the flame lit, even in windy conditions. Feels much better built and stronger than the next level down of heaters.

I recently purchased this heater and am very impressed. Assembly was easy and straight forward. The included hardware was high quality. Performance is excellent and after using several evenings it has provided great heat and looks like it will last a long time.
