I purchased this Pro Series Patio Heater on 1/15/21. It was delivered on 1/25/21 which I was pleased with....seemed like a more than reasonable time given recent countrywide shipping delays .
For the most part assembly was simple and the directions were clear. However there were areas where this was not true...and I can understand how someone might have difficulty figuring out how to attach the wheel assembly unit or even how to orient the base...with the weighted piece up or down. So, it would be good if someone would review the directions for accuracy and make some needed changes.
I would suggest you ignore the advice about using an adjustable wrench to assemble....this will add lots of time to your efforts. Instead, borrow or purchase an inexpensive set of metric wrenches(10,13,14 mm). This will make assembly much quicker and really, should be included in the box. The cost would be minimal to include one time use metric wrenches.
I'd also suggest removing the protective film from the 4 reflector pieces prior to assembly. I didn't do this and when I attempted to remove the film at the end , little pieces of plastic remained caught under the bolts and washers...so I needed to disassemble to remove this plastic.
Unit appears well made and all pieces were present and undamaged. We are currently experiencing very cold and snowy weather so I haven't had an opportunity to take it outside and fire it up to make certain it works. I'm going to assume it does at this point and will amend this review if not. Looking forward to using it as soon as circumstances allow.

Great asset for outdoor gatherings when cold

We've been having our family our family gatherings outdoors where we can social distance during COVID. This heater will make it a lot more comfortable during the cold months.

Heavy Duty; Good Heat

This very heavy duty heater provides good heat. The radiant heat does not seem to extend much beyond the top reflector which I suspect is how they all work. Assembly is fairly easy, although beware that the instructions do not reflect the upgraded wheel assembly so you will need tho chat with them online to get the new picture.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this as a gift. At the moment our patio is under a lot of snow and the temperature is well below freezing. We can't wait till it warms up and we can use it.

Works great...... Had for a few weeks and am very pleased so far. Quite a bit heavier than those cheap heaters which keeps it stable even in moderate winds. We have a hot tub on our patio which we use all winter and heater makes entering and exiting tub bearable even in February. Nice purchase.

High quality materials

I waited for months for this heater as it was always out of stock. I finally was able to get one this winter. I just assembled it and was amazed at the quality. Only one minor issue on assembly, feeding the gas line down. But with the help of another set of hands it went well. Like other comments, I wish it had a door to access the gas tank. Otherwise I will be firing this up tonight!
