Great unit so far.

Just have had it a few weeks so far. Easy to assemble, started right away. But you do need to run the gas for a while to get the air out of the line to get the flame right. The only thing is we have a small dent in the stainless base cover. Maybe you could send us a replacement? Other than that, my wife has always want one and this seems to be a great one.

Amazing Patio Heater

We chose this heater as a retirement gift. The heater is very easy to assemble and will heat a large area on the patio. It is very attractive, easy to move from place to place with the wheels located on the bottom of the unit. We will use this heater for years to come as it is structurly built to last.

Bought online through Sams; took almost a month to deliver but was easy to put together; getting the plastic film off a few pieces wasn't that big of a deal. Fired up with an exchange LP tank from Lowes which I think is only 15 pounds now (not the 20 pounds as called for in the manual) but it worked - gave off a lot of heat. My only complaint: the instructions for turning it on don't match the controls on the unit so I had to watch some Youtube videos and "wing it" but eventually it fired up. Seems like the construction is good quality.

I bought 2 last fall and so happy I did; they look good and work good as well. They have made those cooler nights more enjoyable. Also, great warranty so when anything goes out...it's covered!

Got this as a Christmas gift and initially I was skeptical about the quality. I was impressed how it is made with heavy gage stainless steel and how everything fit up and bolted together with ease just using the two sockets (10mm and 13mm).

My old, high-end heater finally quite after 11 years of faithful service (with routine maintenance & repairs) so I decided to replace it with a top of the line FireSense model. I did a lot of research and although many heaters look the same, it became very obvious that the details matter. This Pro Series heater is very well made with high quality materials and the workmanship is excellent. Assembly was very easy and took less than the hour stated in the instructions. Once it was put together, it fired right up and functions flawlessly covering my entire patio with warm radiant heat. The wheels work surprisingly well compared to my last heater and stainless finish is a welcome improvement over the dull, faded paint on my old unit. I actually prefer the tank cover that lifts off vs the door that my old model had - it's very easy to change tanks and will be less prone to damage over time. I'm looking forward to many years of service from this well built heater.
