Skeptical...

My husband and I agreed we needed a new bed. With 2 big dips in our bed and waking up with back pain every morning, we started our search. I was hesitant to buy a big piece of foam that came in a box and cost hundreds of dollars.. And to be honest, the first couple nights were rough.. It was so different than what we had. We actually slept on top of the bed instead of "in it".. We had to buy new pillows and wanted to give it 30 days to adjust. Well, it's been 28 days and things are pretty good. Still a little back pain, but it seems to slowly be going away. The bed has actually trained us to sleep different, if that makes sense. I actually wake up refreshed and not wanting to get out of bed. The bed stays cool and has seemed to soften up a bit. I have faith that it's going to be a good bed for years to come and not have that sink in feeling our last mattress had. We shall see!

I've had the mattress for about 2 weeks now. I feel like I sleep better than on my old box spring. The only thing I might do, is purchase a pillow topper. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Better than our Sealy, memory foam, pillow top

I really wasnt expecting the ghost mattress to make a bigbdiference. I was a skeptic from the start. I took a couple of extra days for to even open the mattress because we were waiting on the mattress pad that arrived seperate. When hubby and I put the mattress on the bed, it was super easy, he couldnt wait to take a nap. When he woke up all he could do was rave about how comfortable it was. I was still a skeptic but on night 1 Idid sleep better than usual. It actually did not take any "breaking in the mattress". My husband has Rested better than ever and I have also. Both of us have knee replacements, less than a year ago, and our ghost bed is a God send. The only thing that needs improvement is the customer representatives. It they did a better job, I feel like more ghost beds would sale.

Second Ghost bed

These beds are great, I bought a second one for my mother after she tried mine.
I have Tried a few competitors, for this level of firmness (6.5/10) ghost bed has the best edge support, mine is only 4 mos old but still holding up well. It did take a full 8 hours to expand to a shape of a bed, another full day to be the same consistent texture (a little odd considering other brands just pop up in 1 to15min).
Id think it should be a little bit firmer, though this level of firmness seems to be very common with brands that just have a single firmness option.
