Good Service, not loving the mattress

I am finding that the GhostBed may not be the best fit for me.
I am waking with hip and lower back pain each morning since receiving it.
I contacted GB to begin the process of returning the mattress.
Within less than 24 hours I was contacted with the offer of being shipped a mattress topper to see if the addition would create a better experience.

Even if I have not loved the mattress (Yet?), I appreciate the level of service and the offer to help make it a better fit.

More firm then thought

It’s definitely more firm then I anticipated it to be. It has helped my lower back pain but hasn’t helped my upper back pain.

We bought this mattress because of the great review from Consumer Reports. It is as amazing as rated! We love the firmness and how it contours to our bodies. No more hip pain!! Just fantastic!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's in our guest bedroom, so I haven't slept on it; but my father slept on it at Thanksgiving and said it was great.

We replaced our existing coil

We replaced our existing coil mattress with the ghost bed. For us it proved perfect and we’ve had it for over a month now. We like a firm bed so if that’s not your preference maybe choose another option. It did offgas for the first while but not excessively and no longer. Both the pillows (they come in queen size only) and the bed were a big hit with the better half and canine companion.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two Ghost Beds for Christmas surprise!

I bought two ghost beds for my two guest rooms. I am excited for my children and their families to come in for Christmas and be surprised. They were delivered promptly and were shipped in awesome packaging. I was able to follow the instructions for the frames and set them up quickly. They are comfortable and chic. The family will enjoy them for years.
