Unsure about ordering a mattress online but glad I did.

We had a mattress that was pushing 10 years old. It was settled on each of our side and we were both having back problems. The very first night my back problems went away. I love the mattress (@225#s) but my wife thinks it is a little form, she is looking for a pad for her side (@100#s) Shipping was fast, set up was easy, and I like the pillows (though they could have a little less lavender smell in them).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great bed but just too firm

The ghost bed is a great quality bed but it is just too firm for my husband and I. Unfortunately, it makes our shoulders and hips sore and we are going to have to return it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

From the website, ordering, delivery, setup, and sleeping on it - I really cannot find a negative thing to say. Worked great for me, perfect firm/softness. Have already recommended to friends/family.

I first thought the bed maybe to hard for me, but I slept so good! I love the way it came and I can try it without worrying if I made the right decision!

The mattress is very firm, after a month or so it's still too firm, my wife won't sleep on it because of that reason, leaning towards returning it. Still skeptical

I was worried about getting a bed I hadn't touched before. I watched Youtube videos and did my homework. When it arrived the foundation was a snap to put together. The cover went on simple and neat. The bed was fascinating to watch ... inflate- is that the word to use? Then I sat on it and was even more worried. It felt hard as a rock. I thought no way was I going to be able to sleep on it. I was wrong. I wake less. I toss and turn less. My husband can get into bed late and I don't know he's done so. Somehow its not hard. Its strange. It still feels hard, but its not. I've no idea how to explain it. I haven't woken up yet with a sore back or body part and I've had back surgery! I also bought the Ghostbed pillow. Oh My Gosh, the pillow! My one complaint about the pillow is it's simply not thick enough to make my head feel level with my body. Maybe if I were a back sleeper it would be perfect. I use is as a snuggle pillow instead of a head pillow, it's so soft and just holds and supports. I so wish it were thicker. I really am thinking of buying another and with 2 under my head I think it would be the right height for me. It's only been a short while since I've had the bed. My mom is coming up from FL to test it but I'm sure she'll get one too. I'm very happy. My daughter is considering it as well. I think you've turned us into a Ghost living family :)
