Great purchase, sleeping throughout the night now

I was searching for a new firmer mattress due to back issues and was torn between the purple and ghostbed. I purchased a set of ghost pillows first and it sold me on ordering the bed. It came packaged well, no smell, and it took minimal time to expand. My pup approves of the mattress too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too firm, can't return for 30 days!

Ordering - excellent, financing options- excellent, delivery and unpacking- excellent. Mattress....eh, so-so. It's too firm for our tastes. It has softened up, but it's just not soft enough for us. Returns- no so great.
You have to keep this mattress for 30 days before you can return it. They don't tell you this. We knew right away it wasn't right for us, but we have to store this mattress for almost 3 more weeks.

Best sleep in years!

I had been waking up with back pain for a while and one day I was so fed up with waking up sore every morning that I ordered this mattress. It took a few days to adjust to the new mattress but it is so comfortable I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I have had the Ghost Bed for about a month and have slept better on this mattress than I have in years. It arrived a few days after I ordered and was left on my door step. It was easy to get into the house and up the stairs. I was able to get everything unpacked and set up (by myself) in about 35 minutes.
I tend to sleep on my side and have noticed that this mattress is perfect for side sleepers. I now wake up refreshed and well rested unlike with my old mattress. I have also noticed that I sweat less when I sleep now. The cooling technology really works! I am very happy with my Ghost Bed and am looking forward to many years with this mattress.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, so good. Just two weeks, but I am liking it a lot. I'm an old fart so anything that helps my back is good. Thanks to Joseph for his help.

the rating his low just from the fact that the hurricane that hit my hometown didn't let me get to enjoy my bed for more than a week. spent close to a grand for nothing sadly. but would definitely recommend to buy this mattress.

The bed is way to hard, feels like I'm sleeping on the floor. Wake up with no back pain, but man is it hard to fall asleep!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
