Awesome new lawn mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mower is so much lighter than my old gas mower. This is perfect for a senior who loves to take of the lawn. Being able to control the speed of the self-propelled feature is also a key feature that works like a charm. The mulching feature is environmentally friendly and no more racking leaves in the Fall.

Works like a charm!

It cuts and bags as good as my forme 6hp gas mower and works like a charm for me. t runs very quiet. Has plenty of power to bag grass clippings and pine needles in my yard. It's easy to keep clean and the versatality of setting it onw end for storage is a blessing for limited space needs. Very happy with this purcahse and I highly recommend it for small yard needs.

Bad batteries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this package a few months ago and have only used the blower. The batteries never held a charge very well and now dont work at all. I haven’t even been able to use the mower or string trimmer since I live in a cold state.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. The runtime of a Greenworks cordless blower battery is primarily affected by the battery's amp-hour (Ah) rating, which determines how much charge it can hold, meaning a higher Ah rating leads to longer runtime; additionally, factors like the blower's power setting, the amount of debris being moved, ambient temperature, and the battery's condition can also impact its runtime. Users can expect up to 40 minutes of blower runtime with a fully-charged 4.0 Ah battery (based on low setting).
We have designed Greenworks product lines to have a range of batteries that can be used with the tools in that same voltage. This unit can be used with Greenworks 24V 5Ah to 24V 2Ah. The only issues you may experience using a heavier battery is the added weight to the unit which may not be as comfortable to handle as a smaller battery.

First Electric Mower!

DO NOT BUY my 2nd one is now broke

My first mower broke, the self propel just stopped working, so they sent me another one. Less than 2 years this one is dead, wont start. I have purchased a lot of Greenworks products and I swear I want a refund for all of them and I will send them back.

False Advertising CHARGERS ARE NOT THE SAME

The green charger shown in the pictures is not the charger we received. We were sent a cheaper black charger; we were not pleased with this bait and switch tactic.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful
