[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bouught this combo almost a year ago and have used them all last year. Very pleased with the mower, blower and hedge trimmer. I am tall and the height of the mower handles is ideal. The chainsaw functions but chain will not stay tight for more than a few cuts so I just use it for quick cuts too far away for an extention cord. The string trimmer is for light use only as the string breaks easily (too thin). I have a small yard and can mow it all on one battery charge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good power and run time. 5 stars there. Line feed is 1 star. Line drops to 2 inches without feeding. Absolutely horrible. I'd buy something else after experiencing it.

Hello Bob89. We are glad to hear you are getting strong power and runtime from your 24V 12" String Trimmer/Edger, but we are sorry the line feed performance has been frustrating, that is certainly not the experience we want you to have. Line feeding issues like you described are often related to spool setup or line advancement technique. This model uses an automatic/bump feed system, and for best results: 1. Make sure the spool is properly installed and the line is evenly wound (not crossed or too tight). 2. While trimming, lightly “bump” the head on the ground while the unit is running at full speed to advance the line. 3. Avoid letting the line get too short before feeding, as very short ends can sometimes prevent proper advancement. 4. Check that the correct line diameter is being used, as oversized or undersized line can affect feeding performance. If the line is consistently not advancing even with proper use, the spool or feed mechanism may need inspection or replacement. Our support team would be happy to help troubleshoot further and ensure everything is functioning as intended. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent or by calling 1-888-909-6757. So, our experts can discuss your experience; please have your unit, battery and charger with you along with the model and serial number to complete troubleshooting to ensure quick resolution is provided.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Greenworks products are always a great value. You can’t go wrong with this brand. I have many of there tools in the garage. Never been disappointed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have other Greenworks products and have been happy with them. When we purchased the leaf blower, we expected the same quality product. However, after trying all of the suggestions and reading the FAQs, it does not perform as advertised. After a full charge of the battery, we can only use it for approximately 5 minutes on LOW. It says up to 20 minutes on high. This is not running it for 5 minutes straight either. We are blowing an area and then moving to another and still getting no more than 5 minutes. I don't know if we received a defective blower or if this product is just poor quality, but it is very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Jenn21.
Thank you for sharing your experience. A 5-minute runtime on the Greenworks 24V 320 CFM blower with a 2.0Ah battery is below what you should normally expect, as most users see closer to 10–20 minutes depending on how the blower is used. This may indicate an issue with the battery or the connection to the blower. A few troubleshooting steps that can help: Confirm the battery is fully charged: The charger should show a solid green light when ready. Check the battery connection: Make sure the battery clicks firmly into place to ensure a secure fit. Try another 24V battery if available: If you get normal runtime with a different battery, the original one may be defective. Monitor for overheating: Batteries that get unusually hot during use may not perform properly. If you are still experiencing a short runtime after these steps, please reach out to Greenworks support through Live Chat at greenworkstools.com or by calling 1-888-909-6757. We would be happy to help investigate further and review any warranty options available.
