Not Sure About Longevity

I have used this combo set for 2 months now, and I am having issues with the lawn mower and blower shutting off. The first month everything worked great, however I am now experiencing issues that makes me question the longevity of the items and batteries. I will be operating the mower, and it will just quit on me. So ill have to back up, restart it, and continue forwards. The same thing happens with the blower. Hopefully this wont continue to be an issue, because before now I have loved the products.
Pros: Quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love both of them!

I bought this mower/trimmer combo a couple of months ago and waited to give a review until I had used them several times. Starting with the mower: no pulling on a cord which sure helps with my shoulder, so lightweight and smaller than my gas mower so it’s easier to maneuver, so quiet I can mow early in the morning and I don’t wake the neighbors up. And of course, no running with my can to the gas station anymore. Next the trimmer: I can’t believe how lightweight it is! Great for my shoulders! My old weed eater ate up my arm muscles and it would take a day to shake it off. I can mow and trim my yard on one charge. I am extremely pleased with these tools!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Mower

Had this for a couple of months now and it just isn't up to par.
1 set of batteries lasts 23 minutes max. So about 45 minutes total mowing time for 2 sets.
If just used the batteries will take 1 hour to cool down then another hour to charge.
The switchover from the front set of batteries to the rear set only works about 20% of the time.
Mower overheats easily so you have to wait a couple of minutes to get it to start again.
The speed control is pretty bad. It goes from a bit too slow (for me) to way too fast with no in between.
It doesn't mow evenly.

Terrible mower can't be returned

20 minute run time on a full charge and they won't let you return it once it's been used even once.

Our 24V line is ideal for light-duty work. The higher the voltage on a product, the more power you will receive and the heavier job you'll be able to tackle. With a higher voltage does come a higher price point but depending on your workload, it may be necessary. Not only does it make the job easier, but it is safer to use the right tool for the job.
Here are a few tips to extend your run time!
1) When cutting thick grass, reduce walking speed in order to allow for a more effective cut and a proper discharge of the clippings.
2) Only mow 1/3 of the total grass length at a time - no more. For a healthy lawn, always cut off one-third or less of the total length of the grass. The average lawn should be approximately 1 1/2 to 2” (3.8 to 5 cm) long during cool months, and between 2" to 3 1/4" (5 cm to 8.3 cm) long during hot months.
3) Mow when the grass is dry. As this is an electric unit, mowing wet/damp grass is a safety issue. However, ensuring the grass is dry will also help the grass cut cleanly and discharge appropriately. Wet/damp grass carries more weight and will mostly stick to the blade/motor shaft and will not appropriately discharge or cut easily.
4) Make sure the battery is cool before use. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging.
5) Only use the self-propelled feature when needed. Self-propelled mowers do use more battery than standard push mowers as more power is being demanded from the battery to run the blades and the wheels.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Please do not waste your money on this! First, when it arrived 2 of the batteries didn't work and had to be replaced. The problem is, the batteries only last about 10 to 15 minutes. I can't even mow my entire yard with out it taking 4 days because I can only mow about a quarter before the batteries die and then have to charge for 24 hours before they can be used again. My lot is less than a quarter acre. Terrible customer service, absolutely worthless lawn mower. Do not waste your money on this unless you only have a 6 inch strip of grass to mow.

Great mower/blower and trimmer

I purchased the bundle deal. at first, I was nervous to buy this, b/c the deal was too good to be true. But I gave it a chance. Once I purchase this bundle, I was amazed on how fast it came to my house, less than a week from ordering. I received all 3 boxes, all in great condition, I start to charge the batteries right away and the next day was the test. Compare to my gas mower vs. the electric I was really amazed on how smooth the push was, the cut was strong, and the noise level was much quieter than the gas mower. For sure a great experience., I was able to listen to my music too, compared to my gas mower, I'm not able to hear anything on how loud it is. After reading a lot of bad comments on the battery life, i was really surprised on how long lasting my batteries was and still are, I have 2 24V batteries, I cut my whole yard, trim the edges and blow everything and I still have battery life left, my property size is 1/4 of an acre it not much but the mower does its job.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

My Wife and Son got me the combo package for Father's Day, mower, blower, and trimmer. All three do exactly what they were designed to do. Now I am being "Picky" I wish the trimmer was variable speed: they have excellent Customer Service and a happy customer.
