Battery sticks but I love the Blowers and Greenworks

This is excellent except it is virtually impossible for me to get the battery out of the blower. I always have to get help. I have had a few problems with my Greenworks equipment through the years and Greenworks always stands behind their products.

Yes, our batteries do take a firm grip to pull the battery out. This is to ensure dislodgment does not occur during operation.
Make sure that the tracks that the tracks on the battery are free of debris and dirt before you insert the battery, any debris can affect the movement of the battery. When removing the battery, apply a firm grip to the battery latch and place one hand on product and remove the battery pack with a firm pull. I hope this help!

The Best I Have Owned

It is so nice to not start gas engines now. This electric does a better job than my prior larger gas, and in half the time because it is light weight and clears down to the concrete. A very positive vibe that I can just go out and remove the snow quickly. One charge does my double driveway and all sidewalks with some to spare. This unit was challenged this season with the full 13" and it took it.

To extend your run time, try using it on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement. When used at high speed, approximately 20 minutes in this blower is an average run time for the supplied 2.5AH battery as this unit does draw quite a bit of power on high, however, the run time can be extended by using it at a lower speed. Alternatively, additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all 80V Greenworks batteries. The higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be.
