[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sprayer works well. Is easy to load and get spraying. Very quiet compared to what I was expecting. I was frankly impressed by the harness. Much better at distributing the load than other backpack sprayers I have tried in the past. Some of the plastic clips are a bit cheap, but that will be easy to replace if they break. Not as good as a high-end backpack, but I'm not going to be humping it up a mountain, so I'll give it a pass.
I wish it had a reasonable solution for mounting on a wall. Right now I have rigged up some hooks to hold onto the straps, but I'm worried that will cause unnecessary wear on the straps long-term. The only other gripe I have is the power switch is a little awkward to hit while the backpack is on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tools work great, battery doesn't last long though already had to replace battery once and now its not charging again in less then a year after following the instructions perfectly.
Pros: Easy to Use, Quiet, Environmentally Safe
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello JillyB. Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the tools themselves are performing well, but we are sorry to hear about the battery charging concerns. Battery runtime and charging performance can be affected by a few common factors, and we would like to help you troubleshoot this. First, we recommend checking the charger connection and ensuring the battery terminals are clean, dry, and free of debris or corrosion. Try plugging the charger directly into a wall outlet (avoiding power strips or extension cords if possible) to ensure consistent power delivery. If the battery has been stored for a period of time, placing it on the charger for an extended charge cycle (allowing it to remain connected for a full charge window) can sometimes help reset the battery management system. It is also important to store batteries in a cool, dry environment, as extreme heat or cold can impact charging performance and overall lifespan. If the battery still will not charge after these steps, it may require further inspection. We appreciate you following the instructions and sharing your experience. If you need help checking compatibility, warranty coverage, or next steps, our support team is here to assist and get you back up and running. They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My inverter tool is working just as I had hoped. Super convienent for phone, computer, fan, etc. On an outside chance, I was hoping to power my 5 cubic foot freezer for my farmers market booth on saturdays, but I think that was a bit much to ask of this little gem. Otherwise, working great!
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective
This is my 3rd battery. I have to stock 3 because their charge doesn't last long at all. So I need to rotate them in the charger. Cutting 10" very dry poplar, a battery lasts only 10 to 15 minutes. This is not heavy oak I am cutting here. Need to improve battery life.

Hello Bear 1. Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how challenging it can be when runtime does not meet your expectations, especially when working through larger cuts. Cutting through 10 inches of dry poplar does place a significant demand on the tool, and with a 2.0Ah battery, shorter runtimes in the 10 - 15 minute range can occur under those conditions. This battery is designed for lighter weight and convenience, but higher-demand tasks like cutting thicker wood will drain it more quickly. For longer run time and fewer interruptions, a higher capacity option such as a 4.0Ah or 5.0Ah battery is typically better suited. To help get the most out of each charge, it is important to keep the chain sharp and properly tensioned, as well as ensure the bar and chain are well-lubricated. These factors can reduce strain on the motor and improve overall efficiency. Using steady, moderate pressure instead of forcing the cut can also help extend runtime. If you are noticing similar performance even with lighter tasks, our team would be happy to take a closer look and help make sure everything is working as it should. Hello Stewfish78. Thank you for your feedback. We understand how this could be confusing when selecting a battery for your mower. The 80V 2.0Ah battery you purchased is compatible with lawn mowers, but it is important to note that amp-hour (Ah) rating directly impacts runtime. A 2.0Ah battery is considered a more compact, lightweight option and is typically better suited for lower-demand tools like blowers or trimmers, where shorter run times are sufficient. When used with a lawn mower, which is a higher power-demand application, a 2.0Ah battery will work but will provide a much shorter runtime compared to larger capacity options like 4.0Ah or 5.0Ah batteries. This can sometimes give the impression that the battery is not suitable, when in reality it is performing as designed for its capacity within the system. For mowing applications, we generally recommend using a higher Ah battery to ensure longer, more consistent performance and fewer interruptions. If you are finding that the runtime does not meet your needs, our team would be happy to help guide you toward a better-suited battery option for your mower. Additionally, as a renewed (refurbished) unit, your battery is backed by a refurbished warranty policy. If you believe the battery is not performing as expected beyond normal runtime limitations, we encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can assist further and ensure you have the right setup for your yard care needs.
