Batteries don't seem to last long!

Jumped in to the electric mower, blower, weed eater game after a lifetime of gas powered. I like the equipment, it functions just fine, but after 1 year I have had two battery failures. Greenworks replaced the first battery without any hassle, still waiting on a replacement for second failure. I always store the batteries at half charge, but it hasn't seem to make any difference. I believe the circuit boards are the problem, I have tested the cells and they all seem to have the correct voltage per cell.

The overall battery life is dependent on many factors such as where they have been stored, charged, and handled. When the battery will not be in use, we suggest storing it indoors, in a cool dry area - away from direct sunlight. Leave the charger unplugged and the battery disconnected from the charger unless it needs charging. It is recommended to store the battery with a full charge, and if it is being stored for a period where no use is expected, to check on the charge every couple of months. If you notice the charge has dropped, we advise charging the battery back up to full before returning it to its safe storage place. Following these steps will ensure you receive the most of the battery life.

Great bike- would highly recommend!

I live about a mile from our local downtown area, and I can get there on the bike in minutes! It’s wonderful to be able to go to a coffee shop to work with such convenience, while still not having to use the gas in my car. It is also very easy to use and was simple to assemble. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, eco friendly alternative to driving.
