[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just what I needed to stop a door from sticking. The tool is light enough to be used with one hand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drill is heavier and slower than some lower-voltage rotary hammers. Battery life only so-so when drilling into stone.

Hello Markcaver. Thank you for your feedback. Higher-voltage rotary hammers are engineered for greater impact energy and durability, which often makes them heavier than some lower-voltage models. This unit weighs -5.48lbs without the battery included. When drilling into dense materials like stone, the tool prioritizes torque and impact force over rotational speed, which can feel slower but delivers the power needed for such demanding applications. Battery life can also be affected by the hardness and density of the material, as drilling into stone requires significantly more energy draw than softer substrates. I have an older 24v pole saw (20102) and none of these 24v batteries fit. Disappointed that Greenworks does not support their older products.
Pros: Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans very well. Its very quiet, and all the attachments are very handy. The run time on high speed isn't very long, but its enough to do my floors. If you set it to the middle speed it increases the run time significantly. I recommend getting an extra battery.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum hoping a cordless vacuum would be easier to use and I am beyond satisfied. I did end up buying the stand separately after because it works better for my space. The vacuum is lightweight weight, easy to change accessories and batteries, charges quickly, empties easily, and has great suction. The battery does drain quickly on the highest settings but the extra makes it easy to keep cleaning. If I had a larger house I would probably want additional batteries. I do wish it had an extra accessories clip, and they don’t seem to be available to purchase an additional one. It’s also really easy to assemble and was packaged well.

Hello TJG.
Thank you for sharing your experience. The 24V 1/2" Hammer Drill delivers 530 in/lbs of torque, which is designed for most household drilling and fastening tasks. However, lag bolts for TV wall mounts often require much higher torque, which can be challenging for this model. For best results, we recommend drilling a pilot hole first, or using an impact driver, which is built to handle heavy-duty fastening like lag screws. If you are looking for a stronger option within the Greenworks platform, our 24V Brushless Impact Driver offers significantly higher torque and is better suited for this type of application. We hope you will find this information useful. I ordered the wrong sized battery. The 2 amp worked but didn’t last long. I keep it as my backup, works great for the short term. I needed the 4 amp for my lawnmower.
