Huge disappointment

Utterly disappointed with the product. First of all the hard wood floor attachment is missing. we have to purchase it separately. Secondly it is not doing a great job collecting debris.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you prefer a dedicated tool for hard surfaces, a specific Hard Floor Brush (Part #R0203091-00) is available for purchase on the Greenworks Tools website. The included soft bristle brush is ideal for gentle cleaning, while the separate attachment offers enhanced performance on hard floors.
For best results when picking up debris, use the highest power setting on your vacuum for maximum suction. You can switch between three power modes (low, medium, and high) as needed, with the high mode providing up to 10 minutes of running time for deeper cleaning tasks like carpets.
