Do not recommend

Do not recommend. The suction power will not pick up things even on a smooth floor after multiple passes.
Response from greenworkstools.comBy Greenworks, February 17, 2026
Hello Lee E.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the 24V Stick Vacuum. We are sorry to hear that the suction performance has not met your expectations.
If the unit is not picking up debris on smooth flooring after multiple passes, there are a few technical factors that may be affecting performance.
1. Airflow restriction: Check for blockages in the floor head, wand, dustbin inlet, and filter housing. Even minor obstructions can significantly reduce suction.
2. Filter condition: A clogged or improperly seated filter will restrict airflow. Ensure the filter is clean, fully dry (if recently washed), and correctly installed.
3. Brush roll engagement. Confirm the brush roll is rotating freely and free from hair or string buildup that could reduce agitation.
4. Dustbin capacity: An overfilled dustbin can impact airflow efficiency.
5. Power mode selection: If the vacuum includes multiple suction modes, verify that it is set to the higher power setting when cleaning heavier debris.
If you have already checked these points and the issue persists, the unit may require inspection under warranty. We recommend contacting Greenworks Customer Success for direct assistance so the team can assess whether a replacement component or service is required.

Response from greenworkstools.comBy Greenworks, January 20, 2026
Hello Lar Jam.
Thank you for your review. We understand your concern; however, we want to clarify that the 24V Inflator and its included 2.0Ah battery are designed exclusively for inflation tasks and are not intended to power or charge an e-bike. E-bikes use specialized, high-capacity battery systems that are engineered specifically for propulsion and extended range.
If you are experiencing limited range with your e-bike, this would be related to the e-bike’s battery, motor, riding conditions, or overall system design not the inflator or its battery. We recommend contacting your e-bike manufacturer directly for troubleshooting, warranty evaluation, or replacement options. If you have any questions about the proper use or specifications of the 24V inflator, our customer support team would be happy to assist.
They can be reached either using the online chat function, on Greenworks Tools page, accessible by clicking “Chat Now” in the bottom corner of your screen, Chat with a Live Agent or by calling 1-888-909-6757.
