Hello Lee E.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the 24V Stick Vacuum. We are sorry to hear that the suction performance has not met your expectations.
If the unit is not picking up debris on smooth flooring after multiple passes, there are a few technical factors that may be affecting performance.
1. Airflow restriction: Check for blockages in the floor head, wand, dustbin inlet, and filter housing. Even minor obstructions can significantly reduce suction.
2. Filter condition: A clogged or improperly seated filter will restrict airflow. Ensure the filter is clean, fully dry (if recently washed), and correctly installed.
3. Brush roll engagement. Confirm the brush roll is rotating freely and free from hair or string buildup that could reduce agitation.
4. Dustbin capacity: An overfilled dustbin can impact airflow efficiency.
5. Power mode selection: If the vacuum includes multiple suction modes, verify that it is set to the higher power setting when cleaning heavier debris.
If you have already checked these points and the issue persists, the unit may require inspection under warranty. We recommend contacting Greenworks Customer Success for direct assistance so the team can assess whether a replacement component or service is required.
