Really love this little vacuum. I take credit for it too since I suggested they do a cordless vacuum a couple years ago :-). We have 4 cats and 2 big dogs so there is pet hair everywhere. It is so convenient to grab this and run around the corners of the rooms and stairs. Vacuum is plenty powerful, light. It is also not exactly quiet, but the tone of the noise is nice and low and, the size is just right and a good shape, and the hose connection fits snugly which are the complaints I have about a certain green colored cordless vac from a brand you can get from the orange store. Couldn't be more pleased with this vacuum.

Always a Surprise. Itsnever fails to amaze. Well made, easy to use. I'm 65 yrs old disabled. I need light weight tools that I can handle with some degree of Accuracy. I have gotten rid of most of my electric and gas powered tools. All of my lawn equipment has been replaced with Greenworks Lawnmower, Leaf blower, Hedge Trimmer, Grass Trimmer, Tiller, Leaf Blower with Extended Attachment for my Gutters. And I have the Snow Blower. You don't need to Sacrifice Power when using Greenworks. My friends that borrow them are all surprised with their power. Plus I'm doing my share to help in the cause to the Environment. Almost have all the things I need. Problem is, I keep discovering more Greenworks tools, that I didn't know Greenworks makes and I want them all.

Used it once. It seems the product is good but I can’t say the same for customer/after sales service.
It would be nice if they send me replacement belt clip. Called customer service and also sent an email. It has been 3 wks and counting.
