[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well pleased with our purchase. Very powerful and love that I can change the batteries to keep vacuuming if needed a longer runtime. Battery does last long enough to complete the job.

Works well, but batteries get very hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this vacuum a little over a year. It works well on high. However, on high the battery only lasts about 9 minutes. So, with two batteries, you can vaccuum 18 minutes. Then, you can't recharge the batteries right away, because they are too hot. In addition, one of the two batteries has just failed. It will not charge, it will not run the vacuum and a warning sign comes up when it is placed in the charger. For the price paid for this vacuum, and having a three year warranty, I was not expecting to have trouble when it is just over a year old.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use

Hello tammyinmo
Thank you for reviewing Greenworks 24V stick vacuum. User can expect up to 45 minutes of run time on the lowest of the three power settings. Medium power provides up to 17 minutes of run time and the highest power setting provides up to 10 minutes of more intense cleaning. An average of 9 minutes on High would be considered average.
A warning on your Greenworks vacuum charger typically indicates an error condition with the battery, meaning it might not be charging properly due to potential issues like a faulty battery, damaged charger contacts, or even extreme temperature conditions. To ensure we can assist in the best way possible, please contact us directly with your model number and serial number of the unit. We can be reached through the Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or call 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). We look forward to helping you better.

Bad if dog hair present
on December 11, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this a few months now. The battery lasts 10 minutes of run time. Would be ok, except if you have dog hair, you are stopping every 5-15 seconds, no lie, to empty hair from the tank or brush head because it gives a full/clog warning.

Disappointing tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordinarily a huge Greenworks fan. Most tools have worked well - this did not. Received it just today, used a fully charged battery, followed all instructions and installed a glue stick, turned unit on, and got about half a pea of glue out before the tool would no longer push glue into the tip. Now there's a glue stick stuck in the unit with no ability to push it through or pull it out. Disappointing!
