[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two batteries and a charger combo to replace the battery and charger I burnt. I couldn’t find this product anywhere else, and even had a coupon code. I’ll keep using Greenworks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this vacuum for my wife for Christmas we both love it, it does a great job easy to use and easy to get under the coffee table. Our son has the Dyson version and like this one much better he likes the feature that you don't have to hold the trigger down while vacuuming. He wished he had bought the Greenworks stick vacuum. I know I'm Glad I did

Great for all my 24v tools and charging my phone

Battery life

I bought the 24v stick vacuum a few months ago. Quality is good but battery life sucks. Might last 8 minutes tops. Better be fast! Battery is NOT interchangeable with other 25 volt batteries(weed wacker, etc)Do not buy unless you live in one tiny room only
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The runtimes when used with a fully charged 4Ah battery are below.
Up to 45 mins on low power mode
Up to 20 mins on standard mode
Up to 10 mins on high power.
The actual run time will vary based on power mode, floor type and the attachments used at the time. 10 Minute Max on New Full Battery on Full Power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery lasts about 10 minutes on full use. It has limited suction and a very small dust cup. I was very disappointed.

This vacuum has three modes. Runtime will do depend on the mode you use, be sure to adjust the speed setting accordingly depending on the application.
The runtimes are:
Up to 45 mins on low mode
Up to 20 mins on standard mode
Up to 10 min on high power mode
The loss of suction could be for a couple of issues.
1. The filter is clogged. Clean the vac filter often to maintain optimal
performance. Cleaning should be done outdoors and not in the living
quarters. You can use a small brush to clean the dust and debris.
2. The collection bin is full. The canister holds, 500 Milliliters. Yes, it is recommend to empty the collection bin after every use.
Information on cleaning the filter and canister is located inside the owner's manual page 9 & 10.
