Mower works great. I have yet to run out the battery mowing my smallish lawn. I wish the lever to adjust the mowing level was a bit sturdier. It’s just thick plastic that you have to pry out and snap into place — seems easily breakable.

Unfortunately, my 13" 24V mower malfunctioned on initial use. The unit would run for 1.5 minutes then shut off repeatedly every 25-35 seconds.
When it did work, it was a very good, strong little mower.
After a 21'day wait, the recommended repair shop had not updated me, so I re-contacted Greenworks about my need for a mower and they agreed to send me a new replacement.
We'll know more in a week or so once it arrives. My hope is that it works and performs we'll, as I want to build a small group of yard tools based on the 24V power sharing.
I am satisfied with service so far, but I'm a patient man at 71 yrs of age! (LoL).

The lil' mower that COULD!

Tiny, Quiet, Fun to use. Our household has a growing collection of tools, and this is my favorite. While not silent, it’s the quietest lawn mower I’ve ever used. Weighs less than some vacuum cleaners, and handles bumpy spots OK as long as it’s not set too low. Super easy to push (and I’m a middle-aged couch potato.) I asked for this little workhorse, and my SO has been relieved of all lawn-mowing duties since it arrived. Our yard is more garden than lawn, so the size is perfect. The first mow in late spring took two full charges and part of a third, but usually one charge is more than enough for my 300 or so sq. ft. of grass in various spots, patches and paths around the back yard. Using the handle, I can easily carry the mower to where I need it, or quickly change direction in tight spots. It fits around and through a kid’s play structure, between larger plantings, around the pool and in other tight spots we used to need the string trimmer or grass scissors to neaten up. Switching from mulching to bagging is quick and easy.
Also I kinda feel like a giant when I mow, and that’s pretty fun.

Broke and can't be used

The plastic lever broke in half and thr blade dropped out and ruined new lawn

My neighbors appreciate it has a bagger, as our houses are quite close. I can pick it up to move it (I'm 66) and love the look as well. Very happy with my purchase
