We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the run time of this battery.
While you can get up to 45 minute of suction time in the low setting, this to be appropriate for only very light traffic areas.
On medium setting this vacuum does provide up to 15-20 minutes of run time.
That being said, the high power mode with the greatest amount of suction provides a runtime of up to 10 minutes when in maximum suction mode.

When I was looking at cordless vacs, there was a lot of complaining about battery charge and length of run time. Granted that my house is small and has no carpet, I can clean everything, including furniture, on the lowest setting and still have half a charge left - 15/30 minutes. The headlights are awesome, the head easily gets under furniture. Love it.

I was looking for a light weight product becuase we have pets and have to vacuum frequently. It does a great job picking up cat hair and crumbs and the attachments that are provided also do a great job in the furniture. It has variable power levels that make short work of anything that is on the floor. The charge time is quick. If you have a large home I'd suggest an additional battery. The price was also competitive in relation to other brand names. Do be aware that the battery time does vary based on the power level you use. I use the 2nd power level and it lasts about 20 mintues. I would definitely purchase this producr again.

OMG, what can I say. I really like everything about this stick vacuum. After purchasing one for my 5-Star Airbnb rental cabin I had to get one for my home as well. Extraordinarily Powerful, versatile, easy to use, easy to clean, very well thought out implements/attachments. An all around well-balanced unit with complete functionality.
I have many many many many many Greenworks Tools products and love every single one of them. I have also referred them to many of my friends, family and guests. I will continue adding Greenworks products to my collection. For those of you thinking about converting from gas driven equipment… Just convert already. And this is the company to convert to. You won’t be disappointed.
Greenworks Tools also very much stands behind their products. I’m thinking if you at least try just one of their products you will be hooked and a lifelong customer as well. I’ve got their vacuums, blowers, chainsaws, Pressure Washer, weedeaters, mower, tillers/cultivators and more. Really cannot speak highly enough about any of them. They are all so very impressive.
As I’m sure you have read… I am pretty loyal to this company. With good reason. You will be too. Oh, and their customer service and support… Outstanding!
