View and Colors are great. Sound is worst.

It has great viewing angle and natural colors. Size is appropriate for all kinds of setup - gaming, working and watching movies. Speaker quality is really bad and sound is very low at least for a namesake of speakers, it should have better sound. My old Lenovo laptop sound is better than the monitor speakers.

If you are unable to set the refresh rate to 165hz, this usually means that the video card in the PC/laptop/gaming console it is connected to does not support this high refresh rate and will default to the highest refresh it supports.
If you are certain your video card does support 165hz, please contact Acer support at 866-695-2237 so they can assist. They are available 24/7 for in-warranty products.
