Most chronos need to be attached at the barrel to get an accurate reading This product allows you to place it near the barrel without messing up harmonics of the barrel adding uncertainty in-between shots. The app also helps integrate so much more into the shot giving you the confidence to take the shot to it full distance since you are able to test you ammo prior to the hunt.

This thing works great! Love how compact it is. It’s very accurate with the measurements. Absolutely worth the money! The only down fall is it sucks having to delete the sessions one at a time.

What a difference this thing makes

I have more complicated chronos and definitely larger ones, this one fits in my case taking up about as much space as 2 AR mags. Simple to use, menu is intuitive, readings match up with known data, and I have yet to have "conditions" (indoors, outdoors, cloudy, sunny) where it has failed to give me a reading. Best gun related product I've gotten in about a decade.

I would have bought a Labradar a while ago, but the high end of its speed reading was 4000 fps. That worried me since a lot of the shooting that I do is either around or above that. So the main reason for my purchase of the Garmin Xero was the higher measurement range. Then I actually used it. It makes shooting and experimenting fun again. Just set on the bench, point downrange, and let fly. In an entire afternoon of shooting 17 Hornet, 220 Swift, and fast 243 reloads, it never missed a shot. Thank you for providing this product to the shooting public.

I bought my Garmin chronograph a while back and have used it quite a bit. It works really well. I haven't had any problems or missed readings. It gives the information I need to test my reloads against factory loads. It really works and works really well!

I bought this to replace an old barrel mounted chrono. I like knowing the speed I’m shooting but my old system was cumbersome and time consuming. I’ve used this a few times now and love it! It’s so portable, quick, and easy to use that I use it almost every time I’m at a static range now. Very happy with this purchase.
