The Garmin xero is smaller than the competition making it easy to throw it in the range bag and not worry about taking an extra tripod. It's been fantastic to use, simple and clean interface with minimal menus to jump through. Picked up rifles unsuppressed and suppressed, pistols unsuppressed and suppressed and even my air guns and bows when set to those settings. Doesn't pick up rifles next to you which is nice when shooting in close proximity to multiple shooters and trying to gather load data. I've been a long time user of Garmin products (primarily aviation avionics and auto gps units) and knew I had to buy the xero to replace my outdated and clunky lab radar
Small enough to keep in a range bag and sets up in seconds whenever you want. Would be nice if it had downrange velocities like the Labradar does, but it just gives you one velocity. App will attach itself to your existing Garmin account if you have a watch or something else of theirs with an app and it can be very clunky to switch between if you don't want that.
Third chronograph I’ve owned. Easiest to set up at the range; it’s never missed capturing a shot; all while being user friendly! I love it. It’s perfect!!
