Amazingly simple and precise!

I have used this chrono for a few weeks now. I have used it along side of rifles and pistols ranging from suppressed .22lr to 6.5 creedmoor. It has not missed a shot! No aiming device needed, no light bars, no wires, no huge form factor! It's extremely intuitive, and I had it setup without instructions within a minute. Connects very well with the app, and no you don't need to use the app in order to view your data. Highly recommend for any precision shooter or hunter!

An absolute must for long range shooters and reloaders

This is the best chronograph at its price point and an absolute must for any long range shooter or reloader. I've used other radar chronographs as well as the magnetospeed and other types of chronos. The Garmin is by far the most convenient. It's incredibly tiny and easy to set up. The magnetospeed is great but it's nice not to have to mount the chrono on the rifle. It is also fewer issues versus competing radar chronos with respect to set up and consistency. One caveat.the app is very basic but functional.

Fantastic unit

Absolutely revolutionized chrono's for load development. Easy to use at an indoor range and far better setup than a shooting chrony, lab radar or magnetospeed. Absolute game changer. Pop out of bag and put on bench and it just never misses a shot.
Can't recommend highly enough. It is just the perfect form factor. Far smaller than you even think it is. I dumped my other chronographs after my first range trip with the garmin

I can't believe it's this well put together

So good I immediately snagged a second one for my second house in AZ! I almost exclusively hand load and this makes tracking and perfecting my loads possible! I've used 3 other types of chrono and none of theme even come close to how convenient this is. If I could put a drawback in, it would be that to get the most out of it you have to use an APP. This is common with most Garmin products, as I do the same thing with my inReach. Just be advised you'll get your money's worth if you get comfy with the app!

Beats out all the competition

When they released this they changed the landscape of data collection for shooters. No more clunky lab radars. I've never had an issue getting info for any shots I have ever taken. It syncs up well with app for phone. It is very user friendly.

Great Product

I have used this product for PRS and for hunting, and this product has helped with assisting with my shooting and reload data. The chronograph can be set up within seconds and there is no guessing on if you have the unit aimed correctly or having something attached to the firearm. I would recommend this product to anyone.
