Too Easy

If you have used any other type of chronograph in a previous life, this Xero C1 Pro is too easy to use. Have used it with four different calibers (all long guns) with exceptional results. Looking forward to using it with the bow in the near future.

Garmin Xero C1 Pro - 10 range trips and counting review

I have used this for 10 range trips now and have shot everything from blistering 22-250 down to literally throwing the dogs tennis ball over it, and it has picked up every single shot. I love the way it saves the data to the app on my phone so I can just shoot and not have to worry about writing down the speed. Battery life has been excellent. My only feedback would be I wish you could display Extreme Spread, Max, Avg, and SD on the live shot screen as you shoot, but that is being VERY picky. Maybe an update for later on!

Excellent Chronograph

I have a Lab Radar the Garmin is much easier to set up and use. I've only used it with my PCP airgun so far but I am impressed. I turned it on pointed at my target and it picked up the first shot I fired with no issues.

The Chrono Easy Button!

I've used various chronographs over the years, and the Xero C1 Pro is far and away the best. Setup is easy: pull it out of your range bag, turn it on, and point it where you want to go. It logs every shot, data export once you're done is a snap, and if you forget to pair it up with your device before you start that's OK: all your shots will be there when you're ready. It's also small enough to just toss in whatever range bag or case you already have!
While I still won't recommend chronos for folks who are absolute newbies to shooting (you have enough to focus on that you don't need to add the frustration of setting up and interpreting a chronograph), the Xero C1 Pro removes all the setup concerns and frustration -- something even the most expert chrono user can appreciate!

Ridiculously simple to operate. Gives all the data I need. Accurate. About the size of a pack of smokes. Even the tripod is a little larger than a Bic lighter! Fits in a Pelican 1010 micro case perfectly!
