I bought this the day that Garmin announced they were rolling out. I must say, compared to the other top chromo's on the market the Xero is hands down the goto for most competitive shooters. The setup time is minimal once you have it programmed, Just turn on and you are ready to go! No long time setup, attachments are minimal, tripod option. you can bluetooth the info to your phone via app, so all the data collected can be transferred to phone or computer for further data recall. Over all the best piece of kit in my bag when I go to range or competition. If I could change one thing it would be to addd a hard case to be included with the purchase. There are a couple after market option out there, but noting beats a Garmin...

Easy to set up and use. Fairly resistant to picking up shots from other lanes. Only issue I had was missing shots from a far target (aiming point was outside the Garmin's "beam" at an indoor pistol range - and was operator error on my part. Was easily fixed by adjusting the tripod.
At the rifle range, no issues using with a suppressed 6.5 CM.

light-years better than an optical chrono (very finicky with lighting, you have to call a "cold range" to set it up, etc.) Far more reliable than the first gen LabRadar when picking up shots from a suppressed rifle.

Tops - Like everyone else says

Gotta love the portability and the no screwing around with stands, shades, batteries, (shooting the chrono [accidentally or intentionally . . . :) ).
Battery life is well enough for a day or two at the range, and I can't understate the easy of portability and not having to lug around all the aforementioned junk. Just open up the legs, push a button and plunk it down next to you, and bang (no pun intended) you're ready to go. Well done Garmin.

Easy to use and effective

Device has a good battery life. This chronograph is easy to setup and use, and it comes with an app to review your shot data. The menu is easy to navigate, and overall operation is very intuitive. It is a great product!
