Great product

I bought this after seeing one at the range. I really like it. I like how easy it is to use and how accurate it is. If you reload it is a great tool to get std def and spread low.

Pricy - But worth it.

I have two other chronographs, but kept getting aggravated each time I shot because of missed shots. I shoot in a shaded area and the sky screens chronys just don't pick up the bullets. The Garmin works perfectly in shaded areas, morning or night, it don't matter it picks the shots. Small, light and easy to set up...

Produces good data but, having to scroll through settings every string is waisted time. One button to start another string would be great.

Fantastic product, I have been using the much older Chrony systems for years. This is light years ahead, no more tripods, cables and the such. Takes seconds to set up and get started. Only knock I can come up with is syncing to the app was problematic on the range but once home it uploaded fine. But don't care, the Xero is my new go to when heading to the range.

I knew I wouldn't get a chance to use it much in the month or so after I purchased it so I grabbed 2 pistols & went up on the mountain to try it out with 90gr X-Treme Defenders & some HAP reloads out of 2 different 9mm barrel length's. I even just sat it on the trunk of my car to see if it would work with all that metal around it. It worked flawlessly even off the back of my car. I did 4 sessions, 2 - 5 round sessions of each round with my EC9s 3.12" then from my Canik Rival Dark Side 5" barrel. Each of the 20 total shots were picked up and sent to the app on my phone. Now to get time to go to the range with some reloads for a rifle.

this has got to be the most user friendly chronograph I have ever used.
absolutely nothing complicated about it.
from turning it on to turning back off when your done. easy to follow directions and nothing to assemble.
Great tool for the beginner or the expert.
very accurate and effective.
I have used many different chronograph in my day, this one by far is one of the simplest I have used.
It's a little spendy but the time it saves you makes it worth it.

Simply the Best Chrono

I use a chronograph for test hand loaded ammunition for use in USPSA and IDPA matches. The Garmin Xero C1 Pro is the easiest to use from set up to recording shot data. With the Garmin you won't have to carry bulky equipment and look for the "right" conditions to use it. I wish I had this 30 years ago but I'm glad I have it now. Get yours!
