This little piece of magic is the winner. No more clumsy setups of the older variety chrono's. It's easy to pack in the range bag and setup is a breeze.
Forget the others just go pick one up and you will agree. Simple, easy and well worth the bucks.
You can buy it for your wife as a present. Then explain to her how much more your safety is improved shooting ammo that is more matched to your pistol or rifle. It may not work with her idea of a present but you just never know till you try.
Every shooter needs to know at the least, bullet speed, not only from the designated speed on the factory box of ammo but what speeds you get if you reload.

Fantastic Chrono for PRS competitors and reloaders. Doesnt drop a shot. Works even in -15C. Hands-down the most convenient and user-friendly chronograph on the market. Set it down, select bullet weight and start shooting. It's really that easy!

I have used many different brands, and types of chronographs over a span of 40 years. This Garmin is by far the easiest to set up and use, and so far has never had an error, or missed a shot. Hands down winner! Perfect tool for any reloader, hunter, or competitive shooter.

Hands down the easiest chrono I've used. So versatile and simple compared to any other chrono on the market. Simple setup and just does what you need it to.

So easy to set up and get accurate readings. No messing with straps or other interferences. Push a couple buttons, validate your projectile and you're ready to go!

I bought this to check my muzzleloader bullet velocity. You can’t guess what velocity the bullet is moving at. It is easy to use. I use the ShotView App. I am very pleased with it.

If you are in the PRS game and reload your own ammo, this is a must have item to have. The versatility and compactness of the design makes it a game changer.
I suggest a screen protector or a case protector in case of accidental drop.

Small, compact, easy to set up. Has read every bullet. Great for hand loads and factory ammo also. Speed on box was not even close out of my gun 200 fps slower. I'm developing hand loads and knowing ES/SD makes it a lot easier to figure out the optimal load.
You don't have to be an expert to use or even a hand loader. like I said works for factory ammo to actually know average bullet speeds to set up an accurate ballistic calculation.
