I've had different chronographs over the years, actually shot one. The Labradar was a game changer for me but the Xero C1 Pro is even better. I've only used it once while zeroing my Vudoo 22lr. It picked up every shot and I didn't need a microphone like my Labradar needs. Size is impressive for what it can do. Should definitely advise my fellow shooters this is the one to purchase.

Great easy to use chronograph!

Great, easy to use, unobtrusive, and useful.
The chronograph is small and easy to position out of the way when shooting. Just set it within a few feet next to rifle shoot as you normally would and and it works. Nothing obtrusive.
The screens and set up are super easy. It walks you through the one or two entires and then does ther rest. It easily presents the data with average and standard deviations.
The phone app is pretty basic, but it automatically pulls in the data from your phone and it allows you to rename the session into something useful.

The best chronograph on the market

I have been using chronographs for shooting since the Oehler days when you had to get lighting and distance right (and took the chance of shooting your chronograph). I have also used the other brand (the orange one) extensively. The Garmin is by far the best and easiest to use. I had continual problems with the orange one, missing shots, connection issues. The Garmin is “set and forget” and it worked with everything I use it for. 6mm ARC up to 50 BMG. Do not waste your money on anything else, but this one and you will be happy with it.

Garmin Xero C1 Chronograph

I got this Chrono for Christmas. This thing is AMAZING!!! Best Chrono I've ever used. I have a light Chrono and a Magnetospeed, and my shooting partner has a Lab Radar. This Xero blows them all away! It does everything I need it to in an easy to use compact unit. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend this to anyone in the market for a Chrono.

Best Chrono, Hands Down

I have had this chronograph since not long after they came out. I have used optical chronos, bayonet chronos, and other larger radar chronos. Form factor and ease of use can not be beat with the Garmin. It's very intuitive to use, so easy you don't need any instructions to be up and running. The small size makes it convenient to bring with, I always have it in my back pack when shooting PRS matches or heading to the range. The small size and standard 1/4" camera mount makes using available camera accessories with it a no brainer and expands the ways you can set it up. I typically clip it to the arca rail on my match rifles using an inexpensive nodal rail. I have even had the chrono on and running while shooting a stage where it wouldn't interfere with the barricade. If you are in the market for a chronograph the Garmin is worth the extra over the other inexpensive options out there, they can't compare with the accuracy and ease of use the Garmin provides!
