Very intuitive. Paired easily with phone. Battery life is good. I have missed capturing a couple of shots when I neglected to hit "ok" when I get the screen telling me where the chrono should be placed in relation to the muzzle.

The good: So easy to use. I have the other radar chrono as well and this one is so much easier to use, more compact, and has yet to miss a shot. Worth every penny plus some.
The bad (I guess?) While being small is great, it’s going to take some getting used to as to not forget it when packing up. Also it does not come with any type of carry case, so you’ll want to pick something up as well. A lot of options out there.

A very good easy to use chronograph

Just getting into NRL 22 so I thought this would be a good thing to have. Very easy to set up and. use. Most of the videos that I have seen on YouTube say that this is the best chronology on the market.

Easy to use. App is simple. Able to rename each new shot sequence which makes tracking different loads easy. Also able to text or email your results with friends or to save data.

I have owned lab radar, magneto speed and an oehler 35. The Garmin is a great tool, compact to fit in your range bag and convenient to use for reliable velocity data.
Whether you are an experienced handloader or just getting started, this is a great investment.
Yes there are low cost chronographs that you have set up down range and shoot through, but when dealing with wind and also the risk of shooting the chronograph, they quickly are a pain in the back side.
I have developed ammunition for 20 years and shot competition for 25 years.

I have ran many chronographs in my life. And I have shot a few unintentionally. This chronograph stays back with you out of harms way and works very well. I checked it against my old one and it is accurate. The app will store your sessions, so this makes it easier also. Reading it is easy as it is right with you on the shooting table. I am amazed how well this works.
