[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Braun Silk-epil 3 - 3270 Leg and Body Epilator is the easy way for smooth skin for weeks . It has 2 speed settings to let you choose what's best for your indvidual skin type and personal beauty routine. Personally i like the 2nd setting as it take less time for me and i can tolerate some discomfort too. If you are new to epilating you will feel some discomfort if you are using it for the first time. The pain decreases as your body gets use to it. It has a trimmer,smart light feature too so you don't need to worry about hair size or missing any hair which was my complain with other epilators. It comes with massage rollers which roll immediately in front and behind the tweezers to soothe your skin. Bottom line is as you get more used to epilating and your hairs grow back finer, you will probably notice that you feel less and less discomfort. I love it as it will keep my skin clean and i don't have to deal with the mess of waxing and will save me tons of money too. I love it !!!!

Great affordable option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Silk-épil 3 - 3270 Leg and Body Epilator and Shaver is an affordable epilator that may lack all of the fancy features of other models, but does just what it needs to do very well. Many other epilators on the market are far more complex, with several different settings, attachments and random features, but I like this model because it's straightforward and easy to use.
The Silk-épil 3 - 3270 Leg and Body Epilator and Shaver has two settings - a slower one and a quicker one - which takes care of all my needs, although I wish there was an even slower speed for use on areas with thicker hair that is painful to remove.
I love that there are only a few attachments because they are all useful and I'm not stuck with pieces that I don't use. The shaver attachment is great, especially when working on my bikini area, however the massage attachment makes the epilator not work as well so I would not recommend using it.
The cord is very long, which makes using it an ease, even if you don't have a convenient plug. The epilator itself is also very sleek looking.
I do suggest first using this epilator on an area with little hair if you're not used to using an epilator because it is very painful, but this one is no more painful than any other model. Also the more you use it, the easier it becomes so don't get scared off!
I do wish that the epilator came with a small bag to keep the cord and attachments all together but I was easily able to find one that works.
Overall, the Silk-épil 3 - 3270 Leg and Body Epilator and Shaver is an extremely affordable epilator that works very well.

Wish it was cordless, but overall great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for an alternative to shaving, this is it. It is time consuming and can be somewhat uncomfortable - but with some regular use the hair isn't as thick and thus the removal isn't as painful. I wish it was cordless, but that is pretty much my only complaint. I didn't know about this product prior to trying, but I would absolutely recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so I have a love hate relationship with this Braun Silk epil 3. It does pinch ( not hurt!!) when using. However, that is how I know that it actually works! I have used the original epilater and wow was it painful. I was a little scared about how this one would feel. I will say that Braun considered that so this device comes with 3 extra accessories to allow you to choose. When I first used this I did make sure that my legs had not been shaven for a couple days. The first time using it did take time, it took me about an hour. To see the maximum results keep using this once a day for a least about a week. After that week you will notice a huge difference. You will have much less hair since this device pulls from the roots. I love that the device is small and compact which makes it convenient for traveling and storage. If you are new to using this device it comes with easy to read, easy to follow instructions along with pictures. I highly, highly recommend this!

Love this epilator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As epilators go, this one's pretty basic, and with fewer tweezer heads than the later models. But the Silk-epil 3 still does a darn good job of getting every bit of hair, even tiny arm hair. It's actually pretty painless once you get started. The shaver and trimmer attachments are great. You really get good value for your money with the amount you save on waxing at a salon. I absolutely love it.

Have to get used to it..

I tried it on my legs and it worked.. but was painful. The shaver attachment is great for a quick shave, but doesn't leave you completely smooth. Overall, it is a great product.

Painful but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you can pluck your eyebrows then you can use an epilator! Yes they hurt, it's like pulling 20 hairs at once. But the results are so worth it! This epilator comes with different attachments. It also has a massage attachment but I think it doesn't work as good with it on. I will say that it isn't as painful with it on, maybe it pulls less but I would rather leave it off. You will need to go over areas a couple times, but end the end it works so well. This pulls the hair from the root and it's been 5 days and not even a Pringle if hair yet. This is totally different and Is time consuming, but the bright side is you don't have to do it as often!
One reason this epilator stands out more then others is the light it has. That's a big benefit I never realized how beneficial that was and now that I've used it, I don't think I could ever use another epilator that doesn't have a light. Anyways the light is activated when you power the device on. It shines in the direction your using it and allows you to see everything!
It's also got a shaver attachment with it that works really well to.
The shape of the epilator is nice it doesn't slide out of my hand and doesn't have a slick feel to it. It's very easy to change out the attachments. And it even comes with a small little brush that you can clean it with and get in to the crevices with.
There's two different settings. A high and low. This is nice to have if your just first starting out cause there's a big difference in the two.
The quality is there to. It's built well and not cheaply made. I would recommend.

Easy hair removal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Silk-epil 3 Leg and Body Epilator and Shaver has made life easier for me. It is the perfect size to fit in my hand and the different parts are very easy to take off and change or clean. The cord is a decent size to run from the plug in my bathroom to where I sit. It is great that I can also use this to trim hair and shave hair. Once in awhile I prefer to shave when I am in a rush. The epilator is very easy to use and does take a bit longer than shaving but I have found that it is definitely lasting longer than shaving and my skin feels more smooth. I have been moisturizing after using it as the instructions indicate and that has worked great! I do not feel much discomfort at all and the rollers seem to make it much more comfortable. I have used this on my armpits and legs and have been satisfied with both. I am happy that there are two different speeds to choose from so that I can decide what works best for me. So far, I have been using 1 on the epilator. The size of the epilation head is a pretty good size so it covers a good amount of skin at a time. I love how simple this is to use and how much confidence it gives me in knowing that my hair isn't growing back fast like it did when I shaved regularly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants smooth feeling and hair free skin.
