Fantastic Phone

I've tried S24+ and the Pixel 9 pro XL but there was something missing. The look, the camera, the price. They just didn't make me feel confident in the value I was getting. This phone checks every box. Made the purchase and have zero regrets. Comes with preinstalled film protector, which I didn't even realize was there till I noticed a micro scratch and got upset not realizing it was just the film that got scratched. Battery charging with the included charger goes from 0% to 100% in 35min, barely gets warm while super fast charging. Full charge lasted 1 day 12hrs with over 10hrs of active screen time. Came with a major update 1 week after purchase. Phone has been washed multiple times in the sink with water and soap, and still fully functioning. There was one odd glitch which might be due to a loose sim card, got the insert sim card message, but the issue seemed to have resolved itself after awhile. A bit odd. There was also one instance where keyboard was ghosting/stuttering on the screen, but a restart fixed it. Other than that everything else has been a smooth, beautiful experience.

Ordered the phone online and it was delivered very fast. Koodos to Bestbuy in the speed of processing the order.
Phone arrived undamaged and sealed box. Opened it and set it up. Did the software updates to it and charged it.
Went to work my night shift and after taking the phone our of my pocket around 2am it was completely unresponsive with a black screen.
When I got home I tried all the troubleshooting steps but the phone remains completely unresponsive.

Phone was fast and the camera was good but in my case I got a lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this phone for my wife, she is very happy with it. 80kw charger included in the package, give super fast charging. Camera just amazing, night pictures close to excellent. Powerful CPU and 16gb RAM made this phone ideal for any task.
