The frame had a few scuffs and dents and the board had some very small dents. However the whiteboard surface looks fine. Once hung up you can hardly tell there are any imperfections. The whiteboard looks great. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Decent whiteboard. Nice size (large). But it's very difficult to install and the instructions are terrible.
