[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Things I like about this journal:1)The size is great. Enough space to put everything on the page but not too big to carry around2) The thoughtful placing of pickets and straps. There are spots for a pen and business cards and loose papers and even a sturdy non-bulky strap that flips to hold it closed.3) Some basic note-taking tips at the front to make your notes more helpful. 4) Lined pages that are the right spacing and color to help with note-taking but not impede if you want to go outside the lines. 5) pages for sketching and tear-outs for daily to-do lists.6) a dedicated place for a date at the top of each page. What could be better:1) Needs more daily to-do tear-outs. There is only one tear-out every 6 or so pages. Would prefer to see it every other page or every 3 pages. I can see myself using them all up much more quickly than I would take notes to get to the same point in the journal. 2) same with sketch pages. Would like to see a few more of those because they can just double as a note-taking page if you don`t want to sketch. ___Overall: good notebook/journal. Better than most available out there and their nice features made me want to see more of those features.
I am using this as my teacher planner tis year. Cannot say how happy I am with this. My creativity is flowing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a quality journal for all your needs. Personally I like it for note taking for work and keeping it at my desk. This journal has great little convenience features like a pen holder on the spine elastic strap to hold the journal together business card holder and a fancy pocket on the inside cover to hold small documents. Paper is of exceptional quality and works well with all types of pens. I like to use ballpoint pens in this journal and it`s done quite well. They come in black red and grey as color options. Again a high quality journal with convenient pocket for business cards which make it great to take along to meetings. This is something I would recommend for anyone that needs a sturdy journal for notes on the go.

Quality but confusing journal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a standard sized hardcover journal. The cover and binding are durable and constructed to last. The elastic strap is adequate seems to be attached well and can serve multiple purposes holding notes or business cards etc. for a meeting and also wraps around to hold journal closed. The paper stock is high quality white paper with gray lines. I tested several pen types (ballpoint/gel/felt tip) and had no issues with smearing or bleeding through. Permanent markers did bleed through. The pages are intended to remain so they are not perforated. The pages also have a spot for dates on the top right corner. It includes a binder sticker to label. That`s the good now the rest. There is a flimsy pocket on the inside of the cover and a `card holder` cut out of the front cover I think both of these will tear and don`t serve much of a purpose. There is an 4` elastic strap on the back cover no idea what this is for and a pen holder on the binding this is fine. Every five pages there is a page that is partially perforated with 9/12/5 for scheduling purposes and a sketch page one side blank one side lined every 10th page. I don`t find either of these features useful and would suggest they be placed either in front or back of journal instead of throughout. Overall I would recommend this for people who archive journals.
This hard cover notebook has a hand strap on the back a strap to keep closed and a file folder inside. So many convenients.

Great Journal to Track Growth of my Daughter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This journal book is great to write down the tales of my growing 2-year-old daughter. The pages are lined and have some blank pages where I can sketch funny stick-man pictures. I plan to use this book to track my daughter`s funny tales. The book has inside folder to hold pictures and has ability to place dates and reminders. It has a durable cover so I won`t have to worry about `baby` ripping the cover off as she did with soft-cover children books. If I do it right I can build a nice collection of `baby` tales where I can read them back to her when she`s older.

Super Solid Note Taking Book

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product as a notebook for keeping track of my daily tasks at work. It is very high quality with a sturdy back and cover and thick pages that don`t bleed (I even used a highlighter which was not visible on the opposite side of the page and a permanent market which was just slightly visible on the opposite side). I didn`t use the slot on the front but I think it would be good for a couple of business cards a small note or even cash or credit card. The elastic strap across the front could come in handy even keeping my phone somewhat secure (could be useful when walking to meetings for instance). The elastic strap on the back is a great idea for if you were standing and needed to take notes this would keep the book securely on your nondominant hand while allowing you to write steadily. It`s a slightly awkward angle but I understand they didn`t angle the strap one way or another so it would work for left and right-handed folks. I really like the pocket on the inside front cover for stashing notes. My only real criticism is I`m not sure whether this is meant to be a journal/diary or a notebook (geared towards notes for work or school). Every about 6th page has a checklist (boxes) with the hours 9 12 and 5 outlined - since I used this for work I would have loved having this on every single page (which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). However if it`s supposed to be a journal I`m not sure why or if you would want that part at all. Overall I would definitely recommend this notebook. It is made with high quality material and has lots of great convenient features to keep you organized whether journaling or taking notes!
