I like this journal/notebook. It is compact and can easily fit in my handbag. I use it a lot for shopping and couponing lists. The detachable to-do list is great. For such a small notebook it has a lot of handy features. I like having the pocket on the inside to keep track of my coupons when shopping as well has the pen holder and I especially like having the strap that keeps it closed so that no loose papers fall out. I use it multiple times a week to help keep me on task.

I am not into journaling but did like how this had prompts to help write down notes. I did not use this notebook for journaling...I used it just to jot down notes I did not want on my phone. It was small enough to carry easily in my small purse.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say that the feel of TRU RED products is just extraordinary. There is something so rich and elegant about the look and feel of the cover and the pages. What was most interesting about the pages however were the writing guides. The look of the 9 12 and 5 to indicate times of the day were in a very pleasing font and equally satisfying light grey color. There were also pages specifically designated to encourage the writer to sketch out and make notes on ideas. Although I can see the benefit for some this particular feature didn`t appeal to me personally. Overall however if the look and feel of an item hold importance for you you will not be disappointed in purchasing this journal.

I love my new Tru Red journal. The journal has a nice hard bound cover along with an elastic strap to hold a writing instrument. I also like that when you open the journal there is a handy envelope pocket located inside that can hold any loose papers or notes. The pages are crisp white with page numbering and have a date field located in the upper right hand corner. There was a lot of creativity shown in the design of this journal as some pages designate a blank area to sketch a design while others include a perforated page with a time date of 9 12 and 5 along with check boxes (great for listed out appointments or events scheduled for the day). I will definitely be purchasing more of these journals.

This notebook is so nice and really came in-handy for me. I love that I can write with gel or felt tip and don't have any issues with the ink bleeding through. The sheets are high quality and thick. I love the size of this notebook and how easy it is to carry around. Highly recommend!

The notebook is high quality. The pages are nice and durable. It has a thoughtful design where you can pull out your lists if you need to by using the perforated pages.
