This is really disappointing the fact that it hasn't been over a month yet. It randomly stopped charging and I am puzzled by this because there was no heavy usage. I made sure to verify this by using different charging cable and outlets to see if issue resolved. Please don't get fooled by the appearance of the product the external build quality look and feel great. However I feel that the internal capacitor is not up to the par.

Good for charging cellphones to laptops. Input 110-240 volts with an adapter. It does get quite warm when charging a laptop. The Staples description is wrong and both USB C ports have identical full capabilities (see photo).
