Great little journal

Received this as part of a promotion since it does come wrapped in plastic would be hard to see all the great functions there is a pocket on the front cover a pen holder inside there is a label for the spine of the journal so that you may name it. The paper is quality stock and clean easy to write on I am using a ball point pen and no smudges and I am left handed. Some pages have a place for a small sketch/idea area place to add a stick note and there are places for start and end dates of projects. I started using mine to write down fun little sayings bits of wisdom thoughts while family was visiting and we were doing day trips to different areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of paper inside this TruRed journal is amazing! It`s perfect for note taking and allows for writing in ink on both sides with no bleed. The inside pocket and thick elastic band on the front cover is useful for storing important documents or items I`m working on with no fear of them falling out (or myself misplacing them elsewhere). Each page allows you a space to record the date and different pages allow you to organize your schedule for the day to stay on top of your work. I also love that there are pages dedicated to sketching as I like to doodle while I write. There`s also an elastic band to hold your favorite pen!Overall I think this is a great hardcover journal and I can`t wait to fill it up!

It`s well-suited for multiple functions in that it is large enough to serve as a good `sketching` journal for creatives but would also work as a standard journal for professional note-taking. The materials are certainly high-quality from the pages to the exterior and the organization inside is good. They have placeholders for dates general notes calendar events and even sketching. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those of you who have not quite hopped onto the ever-passing by ship known as technology this is the item for you. I understand some people continue to use printed journals datebooks and probably even diaries under your beds. The information is definitely more secure than that of the electronic type and this `Old School Journal` has plenty of different allotted spots for all that information and more.
